Casa Feliz is located between the centres of Almancil and Loule and 10 minutes from the nightlife of Val de Lobo and Quinta de Lago. There are 7 golf courses within 15 minutes drive. The villa has a full size table tennis table which is great fun for both adults and children. It can be set up (very easily...) on the back terrace where there is plenty of space for lively contests! Two major tennis centres (David Loyd and Jim Stewart) and horse riding centres are nearby.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. The prices for 2009 will remain the same as 2008, 2007, 2006 & 2005. 30% deposit will be required on booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. Part weeks will be considered on a case by case basis. The deposit is non-refundable on cancellation. Saturday to Saturday bookings in July and August please.
Changeover day

Notes on accommodation
‘Casa Feliz’ is very child-friendly. It is totally enclosed and secure. The gallery room has a games/card table with chess, draughts and ludo etc, a video player and board games. With its own private pool, the table tennis table, an endless supply of games and DVDs along with the additional facility of Satellite TV, children will have plenty to do.

Accessibility
The villa is suitable for wheelchair access as it is very open plan. It has a downstairs bedroom with wide enough doorways to accommodate a wheelchair. Access to the swimming pool is via one small step from the driveway and there is a handrail on the main steps from the veranda.
Outside
There are 8 sunbeds surrounding the private swimming pool and a sun umbrella. There are mature gardens with interesting and colourful flowers. You can pick fresh lemons for your G & T! There is a large veranda at the back with a table and seating for 8 which enjoys the evening sun.
Coast/Beach
The beaches in the Algarve are beautiful and kept very clean. There are several beaches within 15 mins drive of Casa Feliz with some super restaurants open for both lunch and dinner.
Golf
This is a golfers haven - you can play golf all year round! There are 7 courses within 15 mins of 'Casa Feliz' including the famous San Lorenzo course, the Royal and Ocean Courses at Vale de Lobo and the classic 'Old Course' at Vilamoura. The villa surrounds are secure and there is also plenty of space in the entrance for golf clubs. Barrington's Golf Academy with driving range and golf pro's is 10 minutes away and a multiple of golf shops- 40 mins from Spain and many more golf courses.
Travel
The villa is 20 mins from Faro airport by car / taxi. Car hire, or use of the local taxi firms (not expensive) is recommended. Flights: Monarch from Gatwick, Luton, Birmingham. EasyJet from Stansted, Gatwich, Luton. BA from Birmingham, Manchester, Luton, Gatwick and Stansted. flyglobespan - (new) Cheap operator from Edinburgh and Glasgow. Plus many other departure airports and airlines.
Distances
Within 20 mins of the villa there are two theme/water parks with crazy golf, dolphin shows, go-karting, the Zoo Marine and water slides etc. Faro airport is 15 mins/20km. The nearest beach is 6km and the nearest motorway is junction 12 A22. Restaurants are within walking distance as is the local 'corner shop' which sells everything including fresh bread! Car: recommended or use local taxi firms (not expensive).

Booking notes
To secure the booking a 30% deposit of the total amount will be required within 7 days of confirming your reservation. The outstanding balance must be settled 8 weeks prior to departure. Cancellation fees will apply. A refundable damage deposit of £200 will also be required.
