Fantastic 4 bedroom 4 bathroom villa with private pool in a great location just 5 mins to beaches and golf and 10 mins to the beautiful town and marina of Lagos. The property which was completed last year is fitted and furnished to an extremely high standard and has heated floors throughout. It briefly comprises of a huge living/dining room with log fireplace and large patio windows leading to a decked and paved terrace and pool with outdoor shower. There is a superb fully equipped kitchen with contemporary units and stainless steel appliances including a large American style fridge/freezer this also leads to a paved area for alfresco dining and garden with fruit trees. There are 4 bedrooms 2 being en-suite with baths and the others with separate shower rooms. The main bedroom is designed as a penthouse suite with a large bathroom with freestanding bath and walk in shower area and its own large private terrace with views to Boavista Golf, Lagos and the mountains beyond.

Coast/Beach
5 mins drive to several wonderful beaches including Porto do Mos and Praia Camilo. There are at least 8 beaches within a 10 minute drive of the villa depending on if you prefer secluded coves or vast family beaches with restaurants and cafes.
Golf
Only a 5 min drive to Championship Golf course. Can see course from roof terrace.
Special interest holidays
This area of the Algarve is particularly popular with surfing details of which can be requested.
Travel
The nearest airport is Faro and is around a 1 hour drive direct to the villa. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Lagos 10 minute drive. Sagres ½ half drive. Lisbon and Seville 2½ hours. Monchique Mountains 45 mins. West coast 30 mins.
Further details
The local supermarket - Intermarche is only a 5 min drive from the villa. There is a small restaurant within strolling distance and many various restaurants in the town of Lagos where cafes, bars, bank and shops can also be found. There is also a fantastic market daily in Lagos which has a very good sea food restaurant above. Surfing and horse riding are very close and there are tennis courts just around the corner at the local golf club. There are also lots of spas and gyms within 10 mins driving.
Booking notes
A booking confirmation and terms and conditions are posted or emailed and then a 20% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure.

Hi Emma, We had a fabulous holiday and are all impressed by the standard of the villa.We're having a new bathroom soon and plan to copy a couple of ideas from the luxurious mastersuite!Thankyou ever so much for all the advice re restaurants etc.The weather was kind to us and v. predictable,unlike GB.I have the keys and will post them today.You mentioned that you had another villa,is that also available?We are already considering returning to Portugal so the whole thing has been a success from our perspective.
