A modern 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment furnished to a high standard with a large shared pool and a smaller pool for the kids situated in a superb location. The apartment is within a 5 minute drive of all of Vilamoura's golf courses including The Laguna and The Millennium. Within walking distance of the apartment you have the stylish marina with its superb selection of quayside bars and restaurants and The Falisea beach, renowned as one of the best beaches in the Algarve. The Vilamoura Casino, the superb water park, the Zoomarina at Guia and the massive Algarve Shopping Centre in Albufeira are all close to the apartment if you wish to hire a car. Faro airport is 30 min away and will cost you no more than 30 euros. Sevillia airport in Spain can also be used as a cheaper option if you decide to hire a car.

Notes on accommodation
This apartment is in a great location making it a great family holiday. There is plenty of space in the gardens around the pool to relax and the beach and marina are within walking distance. The 2 bedrooms and the lounge are air-conditioned and is included in the price as is the electricity and water. There is no wheelchair access to this property.
Outside
apartment is in a low rise residential development. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor (top) and has a large shared pool with showers and a separate pool for the kids. On the balcony is a modern aluminum patio set. There is plenty of car parking space.
Coast/Beach
The Falisea Beach is a 15 min walk from the apartment or a 2 min drive. Here you will find golden sand, blue sea's, parasoles sun beds and water sports.
Golf
The Millenium, The Victoria, The Laguna, The Old Course, The Pinhal and The Vila Sol golf courses are all within a 5 min drive of the apartment. Tee of times can be booked on line before leaving home. The golf academy with it's own driving range is also near to the apartment.
Travel
Faro airport is a 30 min drive. A taxi will cost you no more than 30 euros (£20). Car hire is not essential. If you do decide to hire a car and don't mind the 2 hour drive Sevilla airport in Spain is a good alternative.
Distances
The local supermarket, bank and restaurant are 10 mins walk from the apartment. Albuferia, the market town of Loule, Guia are all a short drive from the apartment.
Booking notes
These apartments are non-smoking. Smokers should use the balcony. A non refundable deposit of 25% is required at time of booking, with the balance of payment required 6 weeks before departure. A refundable deposit is required for any damage caused to the apartment.
