Notes on accommodation
This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. Master bedroom has a safe. Apartment serviced by a lift making it suitable for families and other guests of all ages. Secure underground parking for 2 vehicles with small private car park at ground level. Remote controlled air conditioning provides both hot and cold air as required.
Outside
Gated development, landscape gardens. Adult pool with jacuzzi, also good sized children's pool. Shower and changing rooms with WC. Sunloungers provided. Two shaded canopy areas. Spacious terrace with conservatory furniture and in built BBQ overlooking golf course and sea.
Coast/Beach
The golden, sandy Praia da Falesia beach is 5 mins drive or approx 20 mins walk away. It is one of the finest and longest on the Algarve stretching east to the Marina at Vilamoura and approaching Albufeira to the west. It tends never to get too crowded even at summer holiday time.
Golf
You are spoilt for choice of golf courses at Vilamoura. The apartment is only 5 mins drive away from the internationally recognised courses namely the Victoria, Millennium, Old Course, Pinhal and Laguna. Overlooks Laguna golf course. Driving range nearby. Other courses such as those at Quinta do Logo and Vale do Lobo area are about 20 mins away.
Travel
Faro airport is approx 30 mins drive away, Car hire is recommended but not essential. There is good taxi service from the airport and within Vilamoura.
Distances
The apartment is located within the Vilamoura area. Towns such as Almancil, Albufeira, Portimao and Loule are within approx 30 mins drive away. Large shopping malls at Guia and Faro are also approx 30 mins away. The Apolonia Supermarket at Almancil is very popular and there are also local supermarkets, the nearest 10 mins walk away.
Further details
Vilamoura Marina area boasts many quality designer shops, bars and restaurants, including Figo's Bar and there is also a very popular nightclub nearby, as well as a casino. Quarteira fish and fruit markets are very popular. Other local activities include swimming, cycling, walking, bird watching, water sports, boat trips, mini golf, tennis and horse riding.
Booking notes
25% non-refundable deposit required on booking. Balance and security deposit of £200 payable 8 weeks before commencement of the holiday. If this is not received by the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking. Bookings within 8 weeks of the date of the commencement of the holiday must be accompanied by the full cost plus the security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of the end of the holiday subject to any deduction for damage/loss etc.
