Located in the exclusive Algarve resort of Vilamoura you'll find a contemporary designed 2 bed apartment which sleeps up to 6 adults. Palm Village is a small condominium in Vilamoura centrally located with easy access the beaches, marina and golf courses. The complex has extensive gardens, a large swimming pool with kids pool and a child's play area near the pool. There is also a more private garden area located at the back of the apartment. The apartment has 2 parking spaces in a secure underground car park with a lift to take you to the door of the apartment. There is secure storage for golf clubs and equipment in the underground car park.

Changeover day is flexible.

| Living Rooms: | Contemporary open plan living/dining room. Living area has seating for 6, with TV and DVD (that also plays CDs). Dining area has table and 4 chairs, but with room to seat six. Living area opens onto large terrace with seating for 6 and BBQ. |

Towels and linen are included. Property cleaned and linen swapped every week. |

Heated air conditioning available within apartment at no extra cost, additional heating available if required during winter months. Wheelchair access: private parking with direct lift access to apartment.

Large private gardens with 2 shared swimming pools and childs play area. Private barbecue on apartment terrace. Further area of private garden accessible from the apartment.
Coast/Beach
The long white sandy beach and Marina can be accessed within 15 minutes walk from the apartment.
Golf
Apartment overlooks the Laguna golf course and is within easy reach of Vilamoura's 6 golf courses. There are lockable cupboards, provided free of charge, ideal for storing golf clubs and equipment.
Special interest holidays
Vilamoura offers plenty of opportunities for deep water angling. More details available on request.
Travel
Faro airport is 20 minutes drive from the apartment.
Distances
The exclusive resorts and fabulous beaches of Vale Do Lobo and Quinta Del Largo are a 5 minute drive away. The market town of Loule is a 10 minute drive away and is a wonderful place to experience the truely Portugese way of life.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and everything was absolutely great. The apartment was lovely, clean and with everything in working order. The complex was great too ... we enjoyed the short walk to the marina and ate in some really great restaurants. We followed your advice one night and made a trip to Julia’s bar – the food was great and we had a really nice evening. Everything about our holiday was spot on and we thank you both for for the provision of your apartment and the very friendly and reliable way you have managed it.
