Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday or Sunday during the busy period. Flexible changeover subject to availability outside of this time period. Guests may gain access to property from 2pm on arrival days and must vacate property by 12 noon on departure days.

The property is ideal for golfers and couples alike. Its location is perfect for those who don't want to drive or go to the added expense of hiring a car. Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the studio.

Coast/Beach
Portugal’s sun-drenched Algarve is renowned for its long swathes of sandy beaches and justly so as they fringe almost the entire length of its coastline. Nestled alluringly on the southern tip of Portugal and running from the Spanish border in the east to the Atlantic coast in the west the Algarve encompasses a vast array of beguiling landscapes. Rugged coves lapped by waters shot with piercing hues of jade and sapphire melt into honey-coloured sandy bays.
Golf
The studio is just a 7 euros taxi ride to five excellent golf courses within the Vilamoura area. We can arrange your golf bookings, competitions and tuition, provided by a resident PGA Professional. For non-Golfers and/or Golf widows we advise on alternative entertainment.
Travel
Vilamoura is just a 25 min drive from Faro International airport.
Distances
All local amenities are within short walking distance. Vilamoura marina takes no more than 5 mins on foot.
Further details
Vilamoura offers a large range of restaurants serving local fresh food. It is a place for rest and relaxation but also for pursuing active pastimes and sports; a friendly and safe haven but also a vibrant and exciting night-life centre. It is Portuguese, but also truly cosmopolitan.
Booking notes
Bookings are confirmed with the payment of a 20% deposit.
Balance payments are due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. A refundable £50 breakage deposit is also required.
