The villa has a private swimming pool, a barbeque area that includes a traditional wood burning oven, covered dining area and a nice securely fenced garden. The villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms have their own balcony. The kitchen is modern with all the amenities. The living room is well furnished with satellite TV and a fireplace. The dining area has a large teak table and comfortable leather chairs. A few minutes drive will take you to the marina in Vilamoura with the gorgeous and never ending Falesia beach. It is a great holiday home for both adults and children with plenty of entertainment for everyone.

Booking notes
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. Balance is due 60 days before arrival. A credit card and passports has to be presented at the time of arrival. Check-out 10am, check-in 3pm.
