Casa George is a modern 4 bedroom villa with secluded pool area. The house is surrounded by mature gardens with palm, orange, lemon, almond and fig trees in abundance. The house benifits from sea views across open countryside towards Albufeira and Pine Cliffs particularly from the panoramic first floor terrace.The villa has excellent direct access from a country lane(no rocky dirtracks etc ). There is an excellent local restaurant/bar 300m away, others a short walk. Small shops and supermarkets are a 5 minute drive. Hypermarkets at Albufeira or Loule, a 15 minute drive. There are many restaurants /shops within a 10/15 minute drive. Other attractions are water parks, golf (15+ courses), tennis, water sports, theme parks (Zoomarine) and cinemas in the same area.

Accessibility
The villa benefits from direct access from a Portuguese country lane (no rocky dirtracks/hillsides etc) It has not been specially adapted for wheelchair users but there are only two steps to reach the front of the house.
Outside
Private secluded pool area with extensive pool terrace. Ample sunbeds and patio furniture. Nice size pool 10m x 6m.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is Faleisa beach at Vilamoura (5 minutes )which is wide and long. The Algarve is famous for some of the best beaches in Europe. There are excellent beaches west towards Albufeira and east towards Quinta do Lago. Many have excellent beach bars/restaurant, our favourite is Passoes at a beach in between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo.
Golf
The villa is within easy reach of many excellent golf courses. 5 at Vilamoura, 4 at Quinta do Lago, 4 at Vale do Lobo - many others along the coast. The owner is a low handicap player and can advise if required. We can also help by advising where to book and save up to 50% on green fees.
Travel
Airport 20 minute drive.
Car hire recommended.
Bikes (3) left at the villa for your use.

All the windows have mosquito nets as do all the beds.
Bikes are left at the villa for your use.
No smoking inside the villa if you wish to smoke please do so outside.
Help yourself to fruit from the garden.

Booking notes
A 20% non refundable deposit is payable on confirmation of booking. Balance of rental is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Payment in full is required for bookings made less than 8 weeks from departure.
We advise that you hire a car for your stay at Casa George.
