Our apartment is situated on the second floor of this 2 story complex and is accessed by a private staircase. It has been furnished as a "second home" and is extensively stocked with high quality appliances and utensils. Hardwood flooring throughout, it has remote controlled air conditioning and cooling fans in both bedrooms. Should the weather turn chilly (highly unlikely in high season) there are electric heaters in all rooms. A small balcony to the front with a larger family sized balcony overlooking the pool area will allow you to enjoy the sunshine all day. Our apartment is approx. 7-10 minutes walk to the marina and the beautiful Falesia beach with its golden sands and plenty of water sports. No car is needed as everything is within easy walking distance - golf, beach, marina, restaurants, bars, town centre, supermarket, local banks, casino, medical centre and pharmacy.

Our apartment is located inside of famous golfing golden triangle. Pinhal golf, Vila Sol Golf. The old course, Laguna Golf, Millenium Golf and Victoria Golf.
