This is a really good fully air conditioned property which is set in a nice location very close to golf courses and local shops. Vilamoura centre is just 3 minutes drive. It has an extensive balcony in full view of the pools and garden! The apartment is furnished to the highest standards. The complex is secure and safe, has garage. We can arrange car hire and baby sitting. All major credit cards accepted, so you can spread the cost!

Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | The main bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds (enough room for the fold up bed also). Both rooms have lots of storage, so no living out of suitcases! The sofa bed in the lounge is a small double but comfortable. |
| Bathrooms: | Both bathrooms are of the highest quality and are bright and clean, the showers are powerful and shaver points are provided in each. They are heated with radiant heaters if the weather turns chilly (unlikely). Towels are provided. |
| Kitchen: | This is not just any holiday rental, it’s fitted out as a modern style home which means it's comfortable for short and long term stays. 8 people can be seated at the dining room table and 4 in the kitchen where there is another table. |
| Living Rooms: | A safe has been installed; however, the area is very quiet and safe. The shutters provide added security and also keep the rooms cool during summer and warm in winter. UK TV channels are available via satellite. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The apartment will be cleaned before you arrive. Mid stay cleaning can be arranged also at extra cost. Towels are provided. |
Notes on accommodation
Welcome food packs can be purchased, just let us know what you want, this is paid locally. Car hire can be arranged. There is a secure underground garage with a separate lock up room for storage if clutter (like golf clubs etc!). An intruder alarm has been installed; however, the area is very quiet and safe. The shutters provide added security and also keep the rooms cool during summer and warm in winter.

Accessibility
This apartment is accessed by steps to the front door, or a lift, therefore with a little help wheelchairs can be accommodated.
Outside
The balcony is excellent for dining and sitting around in the shade. It overlooks the main and kiddies pool so you can keep an eye on the kids whilst relaxing. It never gets too busy outside as not all these apartments are rented and some people live there all year round. Chairs, loungers are provided in the garden.
Coast/Beach
3 mins drive to the beaches that stretch out on either side of the largest marina in Europe, where you can dine at the 120 restaurants that line the marina where you can enjoy all sorts of water sports inc. cruises and fishing. You will be spoilt for choice of beaches in this region, the nearest is Vilamoura and Felsia beach. Few mins drive is Vale do Lobo beach and many others.
Golf
The area is surrounded by 5 championship golf courses. The most local are the Millenium and Laguna. We can arrange for PARTIES OF UP to 24 people to stay in our other apartments in the same block and neighbouring apartments.
Special interest holidays
The apartment is also just 2 mins drive from the famous 14 rink lawn bowls centre where you can roll up, or even take part in social matches! We can arrange discounts if required.
Travel
The nearest airport is Faro which is about 20 mins drive. Car hire can be arranged. Cars can be picked at the airport or delivered to the apartment at no extra cost, we have the best rates around.
Distances
Located in the finest area of Vilamoura and surrounded by two of the 5 international golf courses. Vilamoura has all the outdoor activities you will need and nearby are shopping malls, mountains, historic buildings and many other places of interest scattered throughout the region.
Further details
There are numerous supermarkets, the closest being about 4 mins walk away. In town there is everything you may need to make your stay complete! We will try to accommodate any special you may require and will answer any questions you may have. Lets face it, your holiday which needs to be as trouble free as possible, and we will try to ensure that.
