Beautiful first floor apartment in the attractive Sao Rafael beach resort just a short stroll from the golden sands which make this part of the Algarve such an attraction. The property has access to a large communal pool with separate childrens pool. It is situated just a short distance from the seafront and beach, not to mention a wide range of restaurants, day and evening activities, and golf courses making Sao Rafael one of the most sought after beach resorts in this area. The resort is situated 3 kilometres west of Albufeira and 30 minutes drive from Faro airport (40 km).The development is located above two of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve, close to the new Albufeira marina. The development is landscaped with trees and gardens containing a wide variety of shrubs and flowers. There is a mini-market within easy walking distance and a restaurant on each of the two beaches as well as many other restaurants and snack bars a short stroll away.

The Algarve is famous for its many beautiful golf courses and is very near to the Salgados, Pine Cliffs and Balaia courses.
Travel
Sao Rafael is only 30 minutes by car from Faro Airport. Transfers can also be arranged. Car hire can be arranged on site.
Distances
The 'Old' Town of Albufeira is 5 minutes by car and boasts a huge variety of shops and restaurants, it also has a long beach. The colourful Marina recently opened and is a personal favourite of ours for a quiet lunch and stroll looking at the stunning boats. Zoomarine and Aqualand are 20 minutes by car.

"What a fabulous time we have had, so relaxing, so quiet - and the accommodation is far beyond what we could have ever imagined. We have had 8/9 nights out in Albufeira (taxi about 5E)...All the restaurants we have eaten in, both locally and in the Old Town have been 100%. Kids are well catered for....The apartment is wonderful, everything we have needed has been at our fingertips. It really has been perfect for three kids and all the work that comes with them"

Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday and a fabulous apartment. The apartment is in a great location leaving you wanting for nothing, the beaches were truly beautiful with spectacular scenery...Slide & Splash was great, packed with entertainment for all ages! We also found that the local restaurants were the best, especially Margem Sul, the food was gorgeous with 1st class service. We will definitely come back again!
