This villa is in the perfect location directly beside the Old Course. Finished to a very high standard and ideal for families or couples alike. Only a 5 minute drive to the beach and fantastic Vilamoura Marina. The villa, with full A/C, is over 3 floors with 3 bedrooms, 2 with private balconies, 4 bathrooms, a large living room/dining room with fireplace. Further large games/family room in basement, equipped with double bed settee, fully equipped kitchen, large private garden with patio, BBQ area, leading directly to large communal pool and garden, (shared with only 15 other villas). Own private entrance with garage. A tourist train passes by every 20 minutes which takes you all over Vilamoura (beach/marina for 3/4 euros per day - you can hop on and off as many times as you like). Don't feel like cooking - have lunch or dinner in the Club House or hotel accross the road, (nightly entertainment all year round), or at one of the many restaurants or bars in the Marina.

Price includes: all linen, towels, cleaning. air-conditioning/ heating in sitting, dining room and games room, family room Air-conditioning in bedrooms is available at an extra cost. 5% extra discount on bookings before end of February 2008.

Changeover day
Saturday is the preferred change over day, but can be flexible by request. Check in time is 4pm on day of arrival and check out time is 10am on departure.

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All linen and towels supplied (except beach towels). Maid service twice weekly, with linen change once a week.

 

Notes on accommodation
As the villa is over 3 floors, it would not be suitable for the older person or disabled. Smoking preferably outside the villa, as any smoking damage would be charged for. Air-conditioning and heating is included in the price. Cots & High Chairs available to rent and payable locally. Internet access -broadband, is also available at the villa, payable locally.

Coast/Beach
A 5 min drive or 20 - 25 min walk is Vilamoura's 2 blue flag beaches which stretch for about 5 miles of beautifully clean sandy beaches.

Golf
Walk to the Old Course, as this is just next door. A further 4 golf courses are within a five minute drive away.

Travel
Nearest airport Faro: 20 min drive away. Car hire not essential but would recommend to explore all that Vilamoura has to offer.

Distances
Nearest shop, 3 min walk. Nearest restaurant, 1 min walk. Nearest bar, hotel and golf club house within a couple of mins walk, Browns exclusive Sports and Leisure 5 - 7 min walk.
Vilamoura Marina, 20 - 25 min walk or 5 minutes drive.

Vilamoura Marina has something for everyone, young or old, with its wide range of restaurants and bars, you will enjoy a fantastic day or night out. There is even a casino! Vilamoura itself, has everything you would need, banks, medical centres and shops. Apart from the 5 golf courses and marina and beach, there is a lawn bowling club, tennis centre, sports club, shooting club and an excellent equestrian riding school.

Booking notes
On confirmation of booking, a booking deposit of 25% is required with the balance due 8 weeks before departure. A security deposit of 400 euro is required and is fully refundable upon inspection after departure. This will be returned either by bank transfer or cheque.
