A good family apartment, or a Golfer's Paradise with shared pool. The apartment is well furnished, with parking and a shared pool with 2 bedrooms en-suite, with a capacity to sleep 4 person plus 2 children, and is situated on the 4th floor. It is in easy walking distance to the marina, beaches and restaurants. There are many golf courses all within 5 minutes drive, in which 'Tee Times' may be booked through the vendor. Water world and many other attractions are also a short distance away.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week for four persons in euros. Each additional person over the age of 5 years will incure a charge of 25 euros per week extra. Special rates for long term winter rental, minimum 4 weeks rental, price and conditions on application.
Changeover day
Change over days are flexible and subject to availability. Departure, unless other wise agreed by 10.30am. Arrival acesss to be agreed.

| Living Rooms: | Large living area with armchairs, settee, dining area, TV,(English and Portuguese channels), DVD, video, radio/cd player, and patio doors leading onto a large balcony. Air-conditioning and smoke alarms fitted. |

Towels and linen are included and changed weekly. Beach towels are also included. |
Notes on accommodation
For safety and the comfort of all our guests, smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you may smoke on the balcony. Please do not throw your cigarette ends over the balcony. Gas, water and electricity are included in the price, except during the long term lets in the winter.

Coast/Beach
Vilamoura Beach 10 minute walk or a few minutes drive, good parking and beach bars. Falesia Beach 5 minute drive, good parking, good beach facilities, life guards. Quarteria Beach 10 minute drive, or 15 minute walk along the beach, good parking, great restaurants.
Golf
Golf Courses within 5 minutes drive: Vila Sol, Par 72, 3 x 9 holes. The Old Course, 72, Yellow's 5789 metres. Laguna 72, yellow's 5767. Pinhal 72, yellow's 5709. Victoria, 72, Yellow's 6094 metres. Millenium 72, Yellow's 5496 metres.
Travel
By car, travelling in Portugal is a real treat, the A22 motorway now extends the full length of the Algarve, from the Guadiana river in the east to the most westerly point of Portugal. By train, from the Spanish Border through all the little towns and villages, a great way to see the real Portugal. Or try the 'Alfa Pendular', the express train from Faro all the way to Lisbon. A point to remember to all you seniors, over 65 you pay half price on all public transport.

Faro airport 20 minutes. Lisbon 3 hours. Spanish Border 30 minutes. Seville 2 hours.

Payment must be made on time, and refunds will not be made after payment.
