Situated in a quiet location in Vilamoura, approximately 2km from the Marina and local beaches and a few minutes drive from a choice of six superb golf courses. Ample parking but off road parking for one vehicle. The villa is on two levels, the upstairs bedrooms (master and single) having their own sun terrace.

Changeover day
Changeover days can be flexible depending on the length of stay. However, restrictions will apply in high and peak seasons when the changeover day is a Saturday. Check-in is 4pm and check-out 10am, but could be flexible by prior arrangement.

Notes on accommodation
This is a non-smoking villa and any smoke damage will be charged for. The property has air conditioning in the main bedrooms but not the single bedroom on the first floor, the lounge/dining room, kitchen and bathrooms. There are local transport/taxi services available however it is advisable to hire a vehicle.

Coast/Beach
Vilamoura Marina and beach is approximately a 5-10 minute drive.
Golf
Vilamoura is a golfers paradise with six superb courses within five minutes drive of the villa. The Marina and local beaches are also within easy reach. Fresh produce is available at the market in Quarteira. There is also a market there every Wednesday. There are several supermarkets nearby.
Travel
Faro Airport is the nearest airport and is approximately a 30 minute drive.
Distances
Vilamoura is the nearest town. There are water parks, go-karting and horseriding within easy reach.
Booking notes
To secure a booking you must pay a 30% deposit within one week, and the remaining 70% is due 6 weeks prior to the start of the rental. Payment to be made by bank transfer in GBP. A refundable deposit of £250 is required and the cost of any serious breakages and electricity will be deducted before the balance is refunded.
