Overlooks the swimming pool and the garden to rear. 6 minutes walk from the marina and centre of Vilamoura and 15 minutes walk to the beach(seriously, I have walked it!). 150 yards to supermarket, kiddies Golf, 20 mins from the airport and within 5 mins drive to several leading golf courses.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in Euros. High Season, lets will be from Saturday to Saturday (July/August). We are flexible on dates out of high season. Longer lets negotiable. An additional charge per person of 100 euros per week for use of the sofabed. We are offer 10% discount of 2009 prices, if booked before 31st December 2008. A damages deposit of €150 euros will be payable on arrival to the management company.

Changeover day
We wil try to be as flexible as possible with arrival and departure dates so that guests can take advantage of lower cost flights. In peak season (July-August) we operate a saturday change over day.

Kitchen: The kitchen is well-equipped with all the latest appliances including a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The sitting/dining room has seating for 8 people.
Living Rooms: Air conditioned spacious lounge and dining opening on both sides to ground floor balconies. The lounge has a double sofabed to accommodate larger parties with LCD TV, DVD player and iPod Dock.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Linen and towel changes and cleaning at the end of every week. Further cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost. Towels are for use in the apartment, please bring your own beach towels.

 

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioned throughout, suitable for children with children's pool within 15m from the apartment veranda. Cot and highchair are available in the apartment for the use of clients. As you will appreciate, as all the furniture is new we would request that smoking is refrained from inside the apartment.

Accessibility
Ground floor apartment with wheelchair access through front of building. This will appeal to those who have mobility issues and those with young children. The apartment is also very secure with a video entry-pone (security telephone/TV screen to remotely answer/unlock main door). Transfer to and from the airport can be arranged, although the taxi service is excellent.

Outside
The apartment has 2 balconies, catering for al frecso dining for 6 people and lounging to the rear overlooking the shared 18m swimming pool and childrens pool. The apartment has 6 sun loungers for the use of our clients. The lanscaped gardens are private and enclosed providing the ideal environment for families. There is a private garage beneath the apartment offering places for 2 cars.

Coast/Beach
The beautiful beach Falesia in Vilamoura is within 10 mins walk from the apartment. The beach is 'Blue Flag', and there are sun longers and canopies for hire. There are a further selection of beaches within short drive.

As the apartment is located at the marina, we are a couple of good '3 woods' from 5 quality golf courses!

Travel
22km from Faro Airport. Transfer to and from the airport can be arranged, although the taxi service is excellent. This apartment does not require the use of a car due to the central location, although if you want to explore the surrounding areas there is secure parking underground for 2 cars.

Distances
Located in the centre of Vilamoura with great restaurants and nightlife available within 5 mins walk. Local supermarket, bank/cash machine, newsagent and post office is 100m from the apartment. 20 mins from Faro airport. Kids Club, Mini Golf, Cafe and Amusements 1 min walk. Vale do Lobo, Qunita do Lago and Almancel (15 mins drive).

2 water parks are within 10 mins drive.
Shopping- 2 Huge Malls, Faro and Guia (15 mins drive).
