Prices are shown for the property on a per week/day basis in Euros and UK Pounds. Minimum booking of 3 days required from October through April. Minimum booking of 1 week required from May through September. 25% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due 6 weeks before the arrival date.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible but details must be agreed at the time of booking. Check In is from 5pm and Check out 11am to facilitate cleaning and changeover. Early check in, late check out can be arranged by prior agreement dependant on availability.

Notes on accommodation
This ground floor apartment is in a most convenient position for children to enjoy a cooling dip in the pool, and for the whole family to join in the fun. Because of the large terrace you can relax in the sun or under the shade any time of the day. The terrace is complete with table, chairs and 2 sun loungers and has a complete view of all the garden and pool areas (limited to 20 apartments).
Outside
There is plenty of space on the terrace to eat alfresco, overlooking the garden and pool. The apartment offers the option of an underground garage or direct parking outside. However, if you do not have a car the apartment is just a few minutes leisurely walk to the beaches, marina, shops and centre of Vilamoura.
Coast/Beach
The award winning beach of Falesia is approx 15 minutes walk away. Some of the best golden sandy beaches and peaceful secluded coves in the Algarve are only a short drive away.
Golf
Easily reached. Portugal is a paradise where the golfer can play almost every day of the year. The apartment is ideally located for golfers to enjoy the challenge of world championship courses in Vilamoura and the Algarve. Every course offers new and surprising landscapes, backed by excellent service and facilities.
Vilamoura offers the opportunity for the golf enthusiast to play some of the finest courses in Europe. Many of the courses host world-class competitions. The courses have been thoughtfully laid out throughout the nature reserve & offer a variety of features to test the skills of the most experienced and occasional golfer alike.

Pinhal, The Old Course, Laguna, Victoria, Millenium.

Travel
Faro International Airport is just a 20 minute drive from the apartment. It is ideally situated for touring the Algarve and Southern Spain.
Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo are a 10 minute drive, and in the other direction Albufeira is 15 minutes with Lagos a little further along the coast.
Distances
The marina with its range of fashionable shops and restaurants is about 12 minutes walk and the local Praia de Falesia beach is a little further. There are several beautiful beaches and secluded coves only a few minutes drive along the coast. Other amenities nearby include water sports, horse riding, tennis, cinema, gymnasium and many others.

Vilamoura is the leading resort of the Algarve. The apartment is ideally situated in a beautiful, quiet area yet with local facilities, the marina, golden beaches and championship golf courses all nearby.
The marina with its selection of chic boutiques, waterside cafes and cosmopolitan restaurants is the ideal place to relax and enjoy a morning coffee or that evening gourmet meal.
Algarve retail & Shopping centre is 20 mins, the Sea Marine about 25 mins drive away. Quarteria is about 5 mins drive and there is both fruit/veg & fish markets there daily.
Our apartment has a folder which contains lots of information on local attractions including restaurants, waterparks/watersports, shopping etc.

A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before the arrival date. Once a booking enquiry is received detailed booking conditions can be sent to the enquirer.
