A modern 2-bedroomed and fully equipped first floor duplex apartment with a large terrace and shared adult and children's pool in a quietly situated condominium with private underground parking. The property is very close to the well known golf area of Vilamoura and is just 5 minutes drive from the popular marina, beach and nature reserve at Falesia. It is easily reached off the Palm tree lined Vilamoura Avenue and just two minutes from the N125 Algarve route. Faro Airport is 25 minutes away and the location is an ideal base for visiting the whole of the Algarve Region.

Kitchen: Full kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Ironing faciliites provided.
Utility Room: Cloakroom with WC, sink and understairs storage cupboard.
Living Rooms: Spacious, air conditioned lounge/dining room dining table/6 chairs, 3 seater settee (converts to double bed sofabed), 2 seater settee, coffee table and a plasma screen TV with main UK channels accessed through digibox. Small balcony overlooks the pool.
Other: Large first floor terrace accessed from main bedroom with both outside dining and seating areas overlooking the pool and garden area. Good views of Vilamoura.

Towels and linen are included and changed mid-week when the apartment is cleaned by maid service.

 

Notes on accommodation
Welcome pack awaits you on your arrival. Smoking is not permitted and we regret no pets. We caution against using the stairs in the apartment if feet are wet. The apartment is fully air conditioned and spacious. It is ideal for families as well as golfing groups.

Accessibility
The apartment is on the first floor, is alarmed and accessed by stairway via a secure entrance door to the small complex. Car parking has private access through electric gates - the activating key is kept in the apartment.

Outside
Good sized and maintained shared adult pool and small adjoining children's paddling pool with shower in well maintained gardens. Four sun loungers are provided - two in the basement storage and two in the storage room on the terrace. Outdoor dining to seat six and conservatory furrniture is provided on the terrace. With 300 days of sunshine in the year, the Algarve is suitable for holidays all year round.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are Falesia and the Marina beach both less than 6 minutes by car, but we recommend that you explore the full coastline to find numerous other natural beaches and coves and enjoy freshly caught and cooked sardines in the beach snack bars.

Golf
The apartment is located within 5 minutes drive of the Old Course, Laguna, Penhal, Millenium and Victoria golf courses.

Travel
20 minutes drive from Faro Airport. The apartment is just 2 minutes from the N125 route off the Avenida Vilamoura. A meet and greet facility is provided at the airport. Taxis and car hire readily available and reasonably priced. Taxi is approx 30 euros to the apartment.

Distances
Vilamoura's centre and marina with a great selection of bars and restaurants is just 5 minutes by car. Falesia Beach and a protected reserve are adjoining. The historic and traditional market towns of Loule and Silves are a short drive inland.
Albufeira, with its lively nightlife is 20 minutes drive to the west with the popular resorts of Alvor and Carveiro a short drive further on. Lisbon is reached by excellent rail links from the Algarve or on the A2 motorway for those venturing further.

Further details
The Algarve Shopping Centre at Guia is 20 minutes drive offering an excellent range of modern retailers.
Vilamoura is well served by banks, supermarkets and independent shops. The Marina is a hive of activity and has a wide range of quality restaurants and bars for indoor or outdoor dining.

Booking notes
Normally 25% non-refundable deposit on booking and balance due 4 weeks before the date of arrival but will be flexible to accommmodate late bookings. Payment in either UK Pounds or Euros by cheque or bank transfer.
