Bathrooms: Both of the apartment's modern bathrooms are fully tiled with locally crafted tiles and feature solid marble surfaces throughout. Bedroom 1's en-suite is fitted with a luxury Jacuzzi bath/shower, W.C & bidet and bathroom 2 has bath/shower, W.C & bidet.
Kitchen: Our kitchen is a stylish, fully fitted, Italian designer kitchen with beautiful granite worktops. All modern facilities including a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, & coffee maker.
Utility Room: Ironing board, iron, clothes airer, mop & bucket, broom.
Living Rooms: Spacious open plan lounge/dining room with two comfortable sofas, one of which folds out to form a large double sofa bed. Dining table and 6 chairs, Air-con/heating + wood burning fireplace, TV and surround sound system. Leads out to balcony.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Bed linen & towels are all provided for your stay. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned weekly, any towels/linen changed by our maid service.

Parking available for 1 car in secure underground carpark.
Video entry phone and electric shutters to all windows.
Additional services, such as the supply of a welcome pack, shopping, or additional cleaning can be arranged by us at extra cost. If you require the use of a cot or highchair during your stay please let us know at the time of booking.

Accessibility
May not be suitable for wheelchair users, as steps from private balcony down to pool, however, the apartment does have a lift from the underground parking area up to the apartment on the ground floor.

Large private balcony leading out from lounge and bedroom 1. Patio table & chairs, steps down to large shared pool with adjacent shallow children's pool ideal for families. The apartment is set in immaculately kept gardens.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach to our apartment is Falesia Beach, just a short 5 minutes drive. This idyllic golden sandy beach is an award winning Blue Flag beach and is said to be the longest in the Algarve. It is well served by a great choice of bars and restaurants, many featuring the local freshly caught seafood, and also has a large supply of parasols and sun beds.

Ideally situated with 6 National and International Golf Courses very closeby.
Old Course - International 18 Hole Golf Course, set amongst a pine wood.
Pinhal Golf - International 18 Hole Golf Course, set back from the main tourist beach area of Falesia Beach.
Laguna Golf - National 18 Hole Golf Course set around a lake.
Victoria Golf - National 18 Hole Golf Course boasts the longest 18 hole golf course in the Portugal.
Millenium Golf - National 18 Hole Golf Course partially open terrain with fairways wending their way through pine trees.
Vila Sol Golf - International 27 Hole Golf Course has a reputation of being one of the best kept courses in the Algarve.
Supergolf Golf Academy is located close to the apartment and provides tuition for those that would like to brush up on their skills before tackling the big courses!

Travel
Just 20 minutes away from Faro Airport, flights from the UK take approx 2 hours 30 mins. A meet and greet private transfer service is available at an extra cost. Although there is a bus stop located just 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment, we would recommend that you hire a car to use for the duration of your stay in order to fully appreciate the beautiful Algarve region.

Further details
Vilamoura Marina is large and very popular marina, providing over 1,000 berths to some extremely glamorous sailing vessels. The waterfront area has many designer shops, and an abundance of bars & restaurants which make this an excellent place to visit for lunch or dinner or to simply relax with a drink and soak up the ambience. Vilamoura Casino is also worth a visit.Water sports including sailing, surfing, water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, paragliding and diving are all available locally. Power boat hire and deep sea and coastal fishing are available from Vilamoura Marina. Tennis, bowling, horse riding & bird watching are all within a few miles of the apartment. An ideal way to explore the area is by bike, Vilamoura is very flat and ideally suited to cycling. Other local attractions include: Aqualand, a large water slide park and Zoomarine, with dolphins, seals, sharks, tropical fish & exotic birds.

Prices shown are per week for the apartment, but the apartment can be rented for part weeks or weekends, please contact us for more details. Minium stay during peak season is 7 nights. We are happy to negotiate discounts for long lets over the winter period, please contact.
Verbal bookings will be held for up to 7 days. A non-returnable deposit of 25% is required to secure each booking, with the balance due 1 month before your arrival date. We will also require a damage/breakages deposit.
