Air-conditioning and heating are available at an extra cost of £100 per week. Children are welcome but no pets allowed. All people renting 109 get membership to Barringtons Health Club which has indoor/outdoor pools, squash courts, newly refurbished gym which are all complimentary for the duration of your stay.

There is a patio area to the front of the property which provides a tranquil place for alfresco dining, with BBQ and table and chairs.

Coast/Beach
5 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beach, which along it has great little beach bars/restaurants approx 20 min walk along the beach. Sun loungers are available. 5 minute walk to the square which boasts some fabulous resturants. Barringtons Health Club is also in walking distance.

Golf
The Royal and the Ocean are 2 championship golf courses, situated on the Vale do Lobo resort. Barringtons offer discounts on golf.

Travel
Vale do Lobo is 20 minute drive from Faro Airport where you can get a taxi or take advantage of car hire. Car hire is recommended if you want to head out of the resort to try some of the fantastic restaurants situated just minutes drive away, also Quinto da Lago shopping is a 5 minute drive away with shopping and restaurant.s

Distances
There is a supermarket and medical centre at the entrance to the resort and a larger supermarket is situated in Almancil approx 10 minute drive away. Quinto do lago is a 5 min drive with shopping and a variety of restaurants.

Booking notes
Booking Direct with the owner
25% deposit to be paid at time of booking, balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival together with a £200 refundable security/damage deposit which is repaid 14 days after the end of booking period. Providing management company confirms that all is well.
Air conditioning/heating is an extra £100 per week.
