Flexible about changeover day. Arrival time from 4pm and departure time by 10.30am, although we are prepared to be flexible about this where possible.

Apartment is cleaned prior to your stay. Please bring your own beach/pool towels. Ample bedlinen and towels provided. Extra laundry and cleaning for mid-stay can be arranged locally if required. This leaves you free to enjoy your holiday at leisure. |

This complex is suitable for families and singles. Secure access to the apartment makes it ideal for families with young children. As the complex is centrally located, it is not essential to hire a car as everything is within walking distance. Non smoking preferred.

Accessibility
Situated on ground floor with gently sloping ramps around the complex. There is a step-free route to the beach through the Clube Praia da Oura complex next door.
Outside
Access to a beautiful pool for sole use of residents with free sunbeds. This includes children's pool, play area, bouncy castle, garden areas and a pool snack bar with Sky TV. The pool area overlooks the sea. Free parking outside the apartment with underground secure parking space available, which is great for the summer months.
Coast/Beach
5 mins walk to both Bicos and Oura beaches with easy walks to other beaches a short distance away. You can also take the lovely coastal walk into the Old Town. All kinds of watersports and amenities available.
Golf
The resort is ideally situated for golfers with Vilamoura and Salgados 15 mins drive away, and Balaia and Pine Cliffs golf courses within 5 mins drive.
Travel
Faro airport is only a short 30 minute drive away by car or taxi. Car hire is not essential, although cheap car hire can be recommended. Transfers can be arranged at a competitive price.
Distances
Albufeira Old Town and Fisherman's Beach is about 2km from the complex and is accessible by car, foot or local bus/train.
Further details
Shops, restaurants, bars and supermarket are within 2 mins walk with the famous ‘strip’ within 5 mins walk. Here you will find many bars and restaurants with a buzzing nightlife should you want it. There is a local train that runs until very late at night. You can pick it up on the Strip and it runs around the resort and into the Old Town for 1 euro. Nearby Guia (8km) is famous for it's Piri Piri chicken restaurants, and you will also find Zoomarine and the Algarve Shopping Centre nearby. There are a number of Water Parks within 30 minutes, and towns that feature regular Gypsy markets where you can enjoy haggling for a bargain.
Booking notes
25% non-refundable deposit required to secure booking, with balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. A refundable damage and loss deposit of £100 or 150 euros is required prior to check in/receipt of keys.
