Super three bedroom and 2.5 bathroom villa located in Praia D’El Rey Golf and Beach Resort, one hour north of Lisbon. The resort enjoys a prime beach-front location near the medieval walled town of Obidos in the heart of the Silver Coast with pine and eucalyptus forests on one side and miles of golden sandy beaches on the other. Excellent views over the golf course to the Atlantic. The large roof terrace has stairs to the barbecue in the garden with sun loungers next to the pool and table and chairs for eating.

Further details
Besides the golf and the beach. Praia D'El Rey has seven all weather tennis courts that can be hired by the hour or the day at the Resort Clubhouse. Many of the beaches are excellent for surfing. You can rent a bike or go horse riding. For sightseeing, the Medieval town of Obidos is 15 minutes driving distance and Caldas da Rainha and Peniche are 20-25 minutes away. They will provide good shopping and restaurants. Peniche is a fisherman village where you can find a lot of seafood restaurants. In the resort you have the clubhouse with restaurant and a games room as well as the Marriott Hotel where you can enjoy the gym, the spa and a indoor swimming pool as well as two different restaurants and bars.
Booking notes
Rental prices are in UK pounds. Other currencies are calculated at the current rate. We accept payment by check or bank transfer. A 25% deposit is required on booking and the remaining 75% 2 months before the start of the booking. Cancellation charges apply. If more than 2 months before the rental, loss of deposit. If less than 2 months, loss of full payment unless we are able to re-let the villa. The security deposit is £200 paid on arrival to cover damage, returned to you at end of stay.
