Old town is about 20 minutes walk or alternatively there is a turistic train that travels between the strip and old town all day till late.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the apartment, per week based on 4 adults sharing. The apartment will accommodate up to 4 adults + 2 child. Payment Terms. Bank transfer or cash. Please note: a security deposit of 100 euros is required on arrival and is fully refundable subject to no damage or breakages.

Coast/Beach
The Algarve has golden sandy beaches all along the coast. The nearest beach is Oura beach which is a 10 minute walk from the apartments.
Golf
The Algarve is renowned for its championship golf courses and you will be spoilt for choice. There are 14 courses in the Central Algarve.
Travel
The nearest airport is Faro (FAO) which is around 30km from the apartments, approx. 30 min drive. Once you arrive at the apartments, all amenities are within walking distance, so a car is not essential.
Distances
The apartments are located near the strip in Albufeira. About 10 mintes walk to Oura beach, and about 20 minutes walk to Old Town in Albufeira. Alternatively there is a turistic train that circulates from Oura to Old Town all day long till late, this turistic train stop is about 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
Booking notes
Bookings can be made by email or telephone. A minimum deposit of 25% is required to secure the reservation (Based on a booking for 1 week) and bookings can only be confirmed on receipt of the deposit. This deposit is non-refundable. Balance must be paid prior to arrival or the latest upon arrival.
