This stylish 3 bedroom apartment with plunge pool is new to the rental market in 2008 and is very conveniently located close to the Tennis Academy on the exclusive five star luxury resort of Vale Do Lobo. It has a spacious living and dining area which has been elegantly furnished, a well equipped kitchen including all modern conveniences and a suitably furnished south facing sun terrace which provides a tranquil place for alfresco dining. Changeover day
Changeover day is normally Thursday but we can be very flexible as far as the changeover day is concerned. Note that flights are cheaper midweek. We ask you to vacate the property by 10am. Keys are normally available for collection at 1pm on arrival day.

Bed linen is changed once a week. Towels are changed mid week. Maid service for cleaning is provided midweek and on departure. We do not provide beach towels, please bring your own. |
Notes on accommodation
Any extra requirements can be accommodated, such as cots, etc, but be aware that pool may be a potential hazard to very young children or non swimmers.
Price includes weekly maid service with all bed linen & towels provided. We do not provide beach towels.

Accessibility
Ground floor apartment but does have internal stairs leading from hallway into lounge.
Outside
Set in attractive landscaped gardens, the apartment enjoys a peaceful position on the resort, yet is still only a few minutes stroll through the lush resort to reach all the facilities it has to offer. The private plunge pool is approx 3m x 3m and the terrace furniture comfortably seats 6 persons. Although the resort is self contained, we recommend a hire car for those who wish to explore the many delights of the Algarve. Car parking spaces are located nearby.
Coast/Beach
You have a choice of lovely sandy beaches. On leaving the apartment to the right you will find Maria’s beach (Dunas Dorados) which is approximately a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk. This is a quieter beach. Further along is a much livelier beach with more restaurants and beach bars.
On leaving the apartment to the left you will find the Vale Do Lobo Praca which is a 2 minute drive or a 15 minute walk. The Praca is a popular beach with sun loungers, the Rotunda Pool and many restaurants.
Golf
The Royal and Ocean golf courses are world class and regularly host the Algarve/Portuguese Opens and are very close to many more courses to enjoy. Substantial discounts on green fees are available on production of the resort welcome card.
Special interest holidays
A walk to the beach through lush and mature landscapes within this famous area is a very enjoyable experience and you will soon realise why this is Europe’s finest resort.
The Tennis Academy is also on the doorstep of the apartment which offers private and group coaching for all ages and levels of ability. The Lawn Bowls Club is also a short walk away.
Travel
Faro airport is a 20 minute drive away. Car hire is recommended and discounted internet rates are available.
Distances
Almancil - 10 minutes drive, Villamoura - 15 minutes, Faro - 20 minutes, Quinta da Lago - 10 minutes, Loule - 20 minutes, Albuifera - 20 minutes.
Further details
The resort is served by many excellent restaurants both on and off site. There is a supermarket and medical centre at the entrance to the resort and a larger supermarket is situated in Almancil which is approximately 10 minutes drive away. There is also a supermarket together with number of designer shops and a variety of restaurants at Quinta Do Lago Shopping which is approximately 5 minutes drive away.
Booking notes
Only 10% deposit is required when booking. Balance payable 6 weeks before departure. Deposits will only be refunded if the apartment is re rented. Air Conditioning/Heating is an additional £100 per week if required. Discounts for long/short lets available - please refer to owner.
