In our opinion, Villa L is the best villa on the development. Wake up and have breakfast on the sunny, east facing, roof terrace, then follow the sunshine all day until it sets in the west drenching the pool, gardens, terrace and balcony in the Algarve warmth. The villa has been given an interior make over by a well known designer from Vilamoura and offers comfortable, stylish accommodation for up to four people. Forte Atlantico is situated in Areias Sao Joao near Albufeira old town. Forte Atlantico has the added benefit of being built on the beach side of the area making quick and easy access to the golden sands of Praia Da Oura and Sao Joao. Of course, you have the benefit of the large shared pool and landscaped gardens of Forte Atlantico and you may prefer to relax in the privacy of this wonderful development. Although central to amenities, Forte Atlantico is in a quieter location, offering the best of both worlds for those who like to relax by day and party by night!

Coast/Beach
The local golden sand beach is 5 mins walk from the house, you can walk all the way to Albufeira Old Town along the beach in about 15 mins, lovely!
Praia da Oura beach which is about 15 mins walk has a wide range of water sports available including par-ascending, yellow banana rides and jet skis.
Golf
The 3 principle golf courses in Albufeira are Salgados Golf Course, Pine Cliffs and Balaia Golf Village - not to mention Vilamoura which is only a short drive away.
Travel
You will fly to Faro airport. Taxis are available at the airport or can be pre-booked on the internet. A car is not necessary but if you like to explore the country then you can easliy hire a car at the airport or locally.
Distances
Local restaurants, bars, beaches all within walking distance. 5 minutes walk to the famous 'strip' and 10 minutes walk along the beach or 20 minutes walk along the road to the Old town of Albuferia. Great bus service. Plenty of water parks and theme parks to keep the children happy are all within 10-15 minutes drive. 'Algarve Shopping' is located directly on the N125 (the main road which runs right along the Algarve) a few minutes drive from Albufeira, just near the village of Guia.

‘We returned from the Algarve yesterday evening after having enjoyed a great week in your villa. All was exactly as you described. The area was very quiet and peaceful which was just as we wanted and the overall ambience of the area was good. We found good places to eat, although we did use the Tres Palmeiras a few evenings. The service from your check-in company was good too - they arranged a driver collection and return to the airport for us at 32 euro. Overall your villa is excellent and we thought your contemporary style of interior decoration and furnishing was very nice. The location is as you said the best on the development.
