The apartment lies next to the Championship Vila Sol golf course which has 27 holes, with a health spa and gym just seconds away. Just 10 minutes away from Vilamoura with its superb dining and marina as well as 10 minutes from the beach. There is a 5 star hotel on site offering tennis as well as children's entertainment. The golf academy has a resident professional and driving range. The apartment being ground floor, opens out onto a superb communal grassed area, large enough for children to play cricket/football, there are 3 large pools, 2 paddling pools and a jacuzzi with a pool bar offering snacks during the day, take aways and 2 evenings a week BBQs or Italian. The complex is gated making sure of a secure environment and pool staff/lifeguards are by the poolside all day.

Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Friday/Saturday, vacating in the morning.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with 1 double bed, also room for a cot which is provided if required. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds but is so large a third camp bed fits in with ease. Bedroom 3 has 1 single bed + pull out sofa bed, another camp bed is available if required. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite to bedroom 1 incorporating, bath, shower, wc, bidet. Bathroom 2 has 1 shower, bidet, wc. Also another seperate wc off the hall area. |
| Kitchen: | The spacious kitchen has a separate utility area housing the washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen itself hosts fridge, separate freezer, toaster, cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery provided. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine, dryer, airer. |
| Living Rooms: | The large lounge diner has a table seating 8, Cable TV, air-conditioning/heating fireplace, sofas and armchairs. |

Towels and linen included, but not beach towels. The property price includes cleaners to come in once a week to change all linen, towels and clean through. If only booking for week then they come once you have vacated, but can be booked more if required. |

Accessibility
The apartment is on the ground floor with no steps and is therefore suitable for disabled users, doorways are large and sliding patio doors out onto a patio and grass.
Outside
Huge 5 acre site of grassed gardens house 3 large pools and 2 paddling pools and jacuzzi. The apartment comes with outside patio furniture and BBQ. The main pool is always heated throughout the year.
Coast/Beach
Quarteira or Vilamoura public beaches are just 10 minutes drive away, but Vila Sol offers its own private beach on a 1km stretch of golden sand. Beach towels are provided for guests as well as loungers and shade, water sports are at a small cost, the beach also benefits from a beach side restaurant which offers a takeaway service if you really don't want to move out of the sun!
Golf
The Algarve is famous for its golfing and if Vila Sol golf course is not enough, then there are at least 20 others all within 15 minutes drive, these include, Vale Do Lobo, Quinta De Lago, San Lorenzo, Old Course, The Victoria, Vilamoura 1,2,3, Pineros Altos and many more...
Travel
Faro Airport is only 25 minutes away, so with a recommended early flight you can be lounging by the pool by 11.00 in the morning! Faro airport also has a large number of car rental agents directly at the airport.
Distances
Loule with its market is 15 minutes drive. The water park is just 2 minutes drive and should keep small and big kids entertained all day. Almancil with its selection of Michelin and local restaurants is also just 10 minutes away. Vilamoura hosting the biggest marina in Europe, plenty of bars/shops and restaurants is again 10 minutes from the apartment. For those of you who enjoy shopping, the Algarve Shopping Centre and Faro Shopping centre are around 25 minutes away.
Further details
Horse riding is available at a number of stables all within 15 minutes drive, as is the Quinta Lakes which offer sailing lessons, fishing, windsurfing, pedalos etc. The lakes have a play area and swimming pool as well as beach area and excellent fish restaurant. Restaurants are plentiful ranging from local cuisine to French, Swiss, Dutch, Indian, Chinese and Italian. There are many supermarkets all within 5 or 15 minutes drive, depending on whether you wish to shop for local produce or visit a large supermarket that offers a lot of English products.
