The 5* Vila Sol Spa and Golf Resort is an ideal location for golfers, families and holidaymakers alike. For golfers there are 27 holes on the resort which has twice hosted the Portuguese Open in 1992 and 1993, and if you are looking for variety the 5 courses of Vilamoura are only 5 minutes drive away. For families there are 3 swimming pools, large green areas for children to play in, and the Vila Sol Beach Club (free transport provided from June - September). There is also a water park less than a mile away. For adults looking for a relaxing break there are 4 restaurants and 2 bars spread over the 150 hectares and to help you really unwind why not treat yourself to one of the many treatments available in the Vila Sol Spa which is a member of the 'Leading Spas of the World'.

The large balcony has views over the pool area and landscaped gardens. There is a table and 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers and lighting.
Coast/Beach
Vila Sol has its own private beach just a 15 minute drive away. A wide range of water sports are available at the beach as well as a bar/restaurant and a creche facility. Vilamoura has two lovely beaches just 2 miles away, 1 either side of the Marina. Both are very well looked after and have beach bars/restaurants available.
Golf
The Vila Sol Spa and Golf Resort has 27 holes and played host to the Portuguese Open in 1992 and 1993. Vilamoura itself has 5 golf courses just 5 minutes drive away and there are at least a dozen within another half an hour.
Travel
Faro airport is just a 15 minute drive away. Car hire is not essential but advisable.
Distances
Vilamoura marina with bars, restaurants, shops and casino is about 1.5 miles away.
Booking notes
20% non-refundable deposit required on booking. Balance required 4 weeks before arrival. Good housekeeping deposit of £100 to be added to the balance to cover damages. Good housekeeping deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure.
