These are lovely comfortable townhouses that are on 3 levels. They have 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. There is a twin room on the lower ground floor, a large living/dining room, kitchen and shower room on the ground floor and 2 double rooms and a family bathroom on the first floor. They are in a peaceful private complex and come with their own parking spaces and garages. They come equipped with everything that you would need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The houses are located east of Albufeira. They are close to Balaia Golf Course, and are 1.5km from the Pine Cliffs 9 hole golf course at the 5 star Sheraton complex. Albufeira is a lively town offering a great choice of cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. It also has some stunning beaches. Vilamoura is a 15 minute drive away which has many other award winning golf courses and a marina which also offers a great choice of restaurants, bars and shops.

Bathrooms: 1 family bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, wc, bidet and hand basin. 1 shower room with wc and hand basin. Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen well equipped with cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board. Living Rooms: Comfortable modern living room/dining room with a fireplace. Seats up to 11 people. There is also a high chair. Entertainment equipment includes a television with satellite, DVD player and stereo. Balcony overlooking the pool with table and chairs. Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Fresh linen and towels will be provided at the start of your holiday. There will be no maid service. |

Notes on accommodation
We ask that smokers do not smoke inside the house. The satellite facility requires you to take your own Satellite/Sky card. You will receive the same channels/package that you receive when using your card at home.

Large patio area with a large shared pool. There may be up to 5 other families sharing these facilities with you at any one time.
Coast/Beach
The beaches at Albufeira are a 5 minute drive away. Sta Eulalia, Olhos De Agua and Falesia are also a short drive away, water sports are available at many of these beaches.
Golf
1.5km away from the Pine Cliffs 9 hole golf course at the 5 star Sheraton complex. 15 minute drive to Vilamoura that has award winning gold courses Quinta Do Lago, San Lourenceo, Balaia and Salgados.
Travel
Car hire is recommended. Faro Airport is a 30 minute drive away. The main train station for Lisbon and Spain is a 5 minute drive away.
Distances
The nearest town is Albufeira, this has everything you need. It will take you 5 minutes to drive there. It costs about 3 euro in a taxi. Vilamoura is a 15 minute drive. The Algarve shopping Centre is a 20 minute drive away. The Spanish border is an hours drive.
Further details
There are many activities available within a short distance including water sports, horse riding, diving, mountain biking, sailing, tennis, fishing, walking, golf, paragliding and water skiing.
