The villa was built in 2006 and will sleep 8 adults in comfort it has 2 double rooms and 2 twin rooms. The villa is set on a beautiful private estate with walled gardens for privacy and security. There is a heated pool and hydro therapy hot tub, 2 balconies and a lovely sun terrace that offers shade all day. Home from home with Satellite television so you can record your favourite soaps and TV for the kid’s. Maid service is available. We can also organise full or half day charters on our motor yacht which will take you to private beaches and bars along the coast. Or you can enjoy a BBQ on the yacht moored up off the beach and enjoy a glass of wine or two and swim from the boat we can also do overnight stays at other marinas along the coast or longer charters." Liquid Limo " is berthed at the marina. 1km / 10 minutes walk to the beach and marina. A local supermarket just ½km away. 20 minutes walk to the busy town of Lagos – car hire is not necessary.

"Liquid Limo" 46ft luxury motor yacht. Master cabin 1 has double bed, air conditioning and en-suite shower and toilet. Cabin 2 has two single beds that push together as a double bed and en-suite shower and toilet. Cabin 3 is a cupboard cabin with bunk beds it has slept adults but is more suited for children. The saloon is the heart of the yacht which has a large U shaped fitted couch with casual eating table. The galley (kitchen) is part of the saloon which has a two burner gas hob, fridge and electric oven with TV- DVD player. The rear deck has fixed seating and the deck extends over the water to give a larger area it has an electric barbecue and the all essential wine fridge, from the deck you climb the stairs to the fly bridge and have extended seating and a sun bathing platform again with the all essential wine fridge. |

Notes on accommodation
The pool heating and jacuzzi will be chargeable for the duration of your stay. The villa and pool area are on the same level, steps then lead down to the secondary lawned garden area so is great for children and this in mind and having the downstairs bedrooms the villa is perfect for elderly or disabled people.
Accessibility
access from garden, pool, and road to bedroom 1 on ground floor. Access to bedroom 2 and lawned garden can be achieved by entering by through garage but prior notification will be required.
Outside
Outside we have 6 sunbeds, parasols, gas barbecue, with outside table and chairs, also a outside sofa under a shaded veranda, the pool is 12x5m and the hydro therapy hot tub is fitted with a built in music system. The pool can be heated. A lawned area is on two sides of the villa.
Coast/Beach
The villa is 1km from Meia Praia beach and the marina, they can be walked to in 15mins or a 2 minute drive. the beach is 5 miles long beach with really good quality beach bars and fish restaurants the good thing is the beach never gets crowded because of the size of it .
Golf
The villa is located 1km from 'Palmares' golf club and within 20 minutes of 'Boa vista' and 'Parque de Floresta' clubs.
Special interest holidays
We offer full and half day charters with overnight stop overs with the motor yacht and can provide refreshments and food. There is a very good local diving school at the marina.
Travel
Faro airport is 80km away which is linked by the A22 motor way and takes about 50 mins driving. We can arrange a taxi for those who do not want to drive. A train service also links Faro with Lagos, the station is situated next to the Marina and day trips on the train can be taken along the coast.
Distances
Lagos is 25 mins walk. Marina 10 mins walk. Beach 15 mins walk. Praia de Luz is a 15 mins drive (3km) . Portimao 25 mins drive (20km.) Albufeira 40 mins drive (38km.)
Further details
There is a local mini- supermarket within 1/2km. Larger supermarkets within 2km and a lovely Chinese restaurant just 300 yards away set in a lovely old villa the other restaurants are at the beach, marina or in the old town.

20% deposit in UK pounds to secure requested date. Balance to be paid 2 months prior to departure date. A 5% discount is applied for payment in full.
