This apartment is handily placed to explore the glorious Algarve. It is within easy walking distance from Albufiera's 'old town' with its myriad of family friendly and more intimate bars and restaurants. The town square is an ideal place to while away the time with a cool drink and a spot of 'people watching'. At night, the old town comes alive. It is also nearby to many major golf courses and 5 mins walk to the main bus station.

| Living Rooms: | The family sized living room contains dining table and four chairs also highchair. Another built in wardrobe, the two single sofa beds will allow 2 adults or children to sleep in comfort. In the living room is a TV, DVD player, CD radio player. |

Towels, and cot and bedlinen are provided (beach towels not included). Maid service and extra linens quoted on request. Late arrivals pack containing essential groceries also available on request. |

Safe and secure child friendly complex. Car not essential, as situated on Albufeira's excellent local Giro bus route. Details on request.

Could be suitable for wheelchair access as on ground floor.
Outside
Communal gardens, well tended with access to large patio containing ample furniture. The communal pools are not heated but are safe and secure as enclosed by gated key access.
Golf
10 mins drive to some of the major Algarve golf courses.
Travel
Faro airport is approximately 25 mins driving distance, 45km.
Distances
The Algarve's largest gypsy market at Quarteria is 15 mins taxi ride. Other places of interest are Zoo Marine, and Super Splash water park. Vilamoura is about a 20 min taxi ride, approximately 20 euros where there is an excellent marina.
Booking notes
25% deposit of rental fee due on confirmation of booked dates. Full balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. If property is booked within 8 weeks of arrival amount is due in full. Refundable damages bond of £100, details on application. All monies to be paid by cheque/bank transfers.
