Prices are for the property per week in euros and payments can be made by electronic transfer in euros or sterling.
Included in the price is meet and greet on arrival, 24 hr management assisatance if required, 24 hr monitored alarm system, air-conditioning, linen and towels provided, full clean and linen change after 7 day stay.
Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged.
Changeover day
The changeover days are flexible, but during summer months its is more likely to be on a Saturday. It would be necessary to vacate the house by 11am on the day of departure in the high season to facilitate cleaning.

Notes on accommodation
We regularly restock the little things like tea, coffee, toilet paper, washing powder and general food items to make your stay hassle free. If you require a highchair/cot this can be arranged at a small additional charge. The property has air conditioning and warm air heating this can be turned on at a small additional charge.
Accessibility
The property is a townhouse with ground floor entrance, first floor living accommodation and roof terrace. Each floor with stair access only from other floors. There is a 24 hour monitored alarm system on the house.
Outside
The property has a twin private roof terrace with large table with 6 chairs, sun loungers with side tables, plants and hedges, barbecue and wind sensing awning. The living room has full width patio doors overlooking the beautiful pool area with access to the large pool and smaller children's pool, enclosed jacuzzi area, changing rooms, decking and gardens including small children's play area. There is a seating area in various parts of the gardens.
Coast/Beach
IIha de Tavira is accessed by ferry boat (costing 1.30 euro return). The property is 1km from the centre of Tavira and you can access the ferry boat from here. The island is roughly 4km long and has bars and restaurants with volley ball and football on the sandy beach.
Golf
Within 10 minutes drive of the property there are 4 golf courses. Benamor 18 hole par 71, Quinta da Ria 18 hole par 72, Quinta da Cima 18 hole par 72 and Colina Verde 9 hole par 28. There are 2 further golf courses within 20 minutes drive from the property. Castro Marim 18 hole par 71 and the 18 hole course Ayamonte.
The prestigious new course of Monte Rei designed by Jack Nicklaus now has its 18 holes open and is continuing in its development to the second phase offering the height of golfing luxury.
Travel
Tavira is situated about 35km east of Faro. There are various ways of travelling from the airport such as taxi (costing approx 30 euros), train or bus. Alternatively ther are several car rental companies at the airport with very competitive rates.
Distances
The historic town of Tavira is a 5-10 mins walk from the property with a range of bars and restaurants as well as lots of interesting places to visit. The Spanish border is only 20-25 mins drive to the East from the property with Faro, Albufeira and Vilamoura less than 30 mins drive to the West. There are several unspoilt villages within 10 mins drive.
Further details
Tavira has a excellent array of shops and restaurants, and a fresh daily market for vegetables fruit and fish. Tavira can be explored by a miniature train or by horse and carriage.
There are also many mini supermarkets to get usual supplies.
Booking notes
A non-refundable 30% deposit is payable at the time of booking and the balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit of 300 euros is payable before arrival and will be refunded in full within two weeks of departure if the property has been left in an appropriate condition. Additional items such a high chair/cot, air conditioning etc must be ordered at the time of booking to guarantee availability.
