Stunning new luxury ground floor apartment just minutes walk from the Tivoli Hotel and heart of old Lagos Town, the lively marina and various beaches. The 3 bed apartment is fully air-conditioned and has 2 large secure patios – 1 BBQ dining patio and 1 large patio which benefits from the sun for most of the day, and well into the evening. Overlooking the pool and communal grounds, the property is family friendly with a video entry system, additional bolt locks to all patio doors and key entry required to the pool area. A car is not essential with the bus and train stations only a 2 minute and 10 minute walk respectively. However, there is an allocated secure parking space in the basement if you do hire a car. There are several fantastic golf courses within a 15 minute drive including Boa Vista, Palamres and Penina.

Changeover day
Departure time is usually 10am and check in time is from 2pm. We will be as flexible as we can be with these times but these obviously need to be fitted in with other reservations.

Bedrooms: Bed 1 with double bed and large fitted wardrobes.
Bed 2 with 2 singles (can be made up as a double) and wardrobes.
Bed 3 with 2 singles and trundles, so can comfortably sleep 4.
All are air-conditioned and have patio doors with electric shutters.
Bathrooms: En-suite to bedroom 1 with spa bath, shower, hand basin, wc, bidet, heated towel radiator and underfloor heating.
Bathroom 2 with bath, shower, hand basin, wc, bidet, heated towel radiator and underfloor heating.
Kitchen: Large kitchen with all the usual mod cons (cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster), table and 4 chairs. Patio doors (with electric shutters), lead to dining patio with BBQ.
Living Rooms: Large extending oak dining table seats 8, 2 large leather sofas (1 being a double sofa bed). Flat screen TV with Sky Satellite package , DVD player, i-Pod speakers. Air-conditioning and patio doors (with electric shutters), to dining patio.
Other: There is a private secure garage for the exclusive use of our guests, which can be made available by special arrangement.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are included and the property is cleaned once per week.

 

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is extremely child friendly (we have 2 below the age of 3), with additional bolt locks to all the patio doors and secure enclosed patios. A cot, highchair, rocker chair, activity mat and steriliser unit are all available on request. There is also a hand held blender, ideal for the weaning stage. The apartment is fully air conditioned with satellite TV (bring your Sky card to get same package as at home). The units can also be used as heaters in the winter.

Accessibility
Excellent access to this ground floor apartment with a lift from the basement parking area.

Outside
The apartment has 2 large secure private patios which both benefit from the sun for the majority of the day and well into the evening. The dining patio has a built in BBQ, table and padded chairs. The larger patio has sun loungers, umbrella, large table and chairs. This patio is particularly spacious and there is plenty of room for children to play, also for a paddling pool. Both overlook the landscaped communal grounds with a large shared swimming pool (only accessible by key entry), children's play area and communal gym.

Coast/Beach
15 minute walk to Batata beach and the stunning 6km Meia Praia. The picturesque resorts of Porto de Mos & Praia Dona Ana are just a short 5 minute drive. Also within a short drive are fantastic beaches and restaurants at Carveiro, heading west there is Salema, Burgau and Sagres.

Golf
Numerous outstanding golf courses are within a 15 minute drive, these include Palmares, Boa Vista, Penina and Parque da Floresta.

Travel
45 minute drive from Faro airport. Competitive car hire is available from the airport and can be arranged on your behalf. Whilst car hire is not essential with the bus station a 2 minute walk and the train station a 10 minute walk, it is recommended if you wish to explore the amazing famous Algarve coastline or venture inland to the Monchique mountains.

Further details
The area is packed with a broad range of restaurants, bars and shops. There are many tourist attractions within a 30 minute drive: Zoo Marina, water slide parks (including Slide and Splash, and the Big One), crazy golf, go-carting to name a few.

Booking notes
Prices are in euros per week. A 25% deposit will be required at the time of booking with the remainder due 6 weeks prior to stay. Accidental damage deposit of 150 euros is payable with this final payment with full refund after final check. Discounts may apply on longer winter lets and 2009 bookings.
