Situated on the third floor (top), with a lift, the apartment has an open plan kitchen/living room and is fully air-conditioned. Monte Gordo is a beach resort which has something for everyone. Cars and bicycles can be rented locally, and there are several companies who offer excursions (4x4 jeep safaris) inland to the nature reserves and boat trips for fishing or up the Guadiana river to Alcoutim. Close by - the town of Vila Real de Santo Antonio, with it's historic square and marina, has a daily fish, fruit and vegetable market and a regular ferry over the Guadiana River takes you to the charming Spanish border town of Ayamonte. Castro Marim, a medieval town with a its historic fort, castle and salt pans, which are still in production. Also close by there are several very good golf courses, with a course to suit everyone!

| Living Rooms: | The living room has a double sofa bed, chair, TV, DVD ,air-conditioning and small balcony. |
| Other: | Separate from the the main apartment, there is a room in the loft with sofa bed, fitted wardrobes, toilet, sink, velux window and air-conditioning. Restricted headroom! |

Castro Marim and Quinta do Vale Golf Courses are approximately 12km from Monte Gordo. Monte Rei, Quinta da Ria, Quinta da Cima and Benamor are all within a 15 minute drive.
Travel
Faro Airport 65km, approximately 45 minutes by car. 10 minute walk to the train station.
Booking notes
Minimum Stay of 3 Nights. There is a booking deposit of 30%. The remainder must be paid by bank transfer 2 weeks before arrival or cash on arrival. There will be a security deposit of £200/300 euros, which will be refunded on your departure assuming no breakages or damage have been incurred.
