This is new accommodation (2008), built and finished to a high specification. It has 3 bedrooms, one bedroom with en-suite shower/spa bath and two twin bedrooms. The second bathroom has a power shower. The large lounge/dining area has two leather sofas, one of which is a bed settee and is furnished throughout in solid oak. There is a solid oak 6 seater dining table and chairs. There is a flat screen TV and DVD/CD player. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer. Air-conditioning throughout. Large balconies to every room, leads onto own private garden with patio furniture. Shared swimming pool on small development. Lagos Town Centre is 5 mins by car or an easy 20 minutes walk. It is a lovely town with a fantastic marina, excellent dining, shopping and many things to do for couples or for families. Only 5 mins by car to the nearest golf course.

Notes on accommodation
Full air-conditioning throughout. Under ground safe car parking and surface car parking. Electric shutters to all rooms. Secure fenced garden to apartment. No smoking allowed in the apartment. Please note that there is still some building work in progress but with little disturbance.
Accessibility
It is suitable for people with mobility problems. There is a lift from the under ground parking area to the ground floor. Accessible walkways for wheel chair users to the apartment and pool area. Inside has been built to cater for wheel chair users.
Outside
The apartment has a well kept landscaped garden area with patio furniture. It is fenced off and safe for people with young families. It has a shared pool with a jacuzzi.
Coast/Beach
Porto de Mos beach is within a few minutes easy walking, it boasts a beautiful beach with lovely restaurants which cater for international and local cuisine. You can hire sunbeds and umbrellas. There is water sports available and lots of beach activities.
Golf
On the outskirts of Lagos, there are at least 4 excellent golf courses. The nearest is Boa Vista, which is a 5 minute drive from the apartment. Palares gold course is just outside Lagos approx 10 minute drive away from the town centre. Parque de Floresta and Penina championship golf courses are within a 30 minute drive from Lagos town.
Travel
Faro Airport is approx 50 minutes away (80km), it has various car rental companies to offer. Lagos railway station is 2km away. The nearest motorway junction is 1km away. I would advise on car hire to appreciate what the Algarve has to offer.

Further details
Porto de Mos is only 5 minutes away from the beautiful town of Lagos. Lagos has a much historical feel to it and boasts in history. The waterfront has an amazing fort and the old town is surrounded by the old town wall. The marina has much to offer with lots of boat cruises, from seeing the dolphins or taking a trip to the grotto's. For families it also has a water park close by and the Zoo. The town has plenty of things to do, from fine dining to a relaxing coffee of the marina front to watch time go by.
