at the end of a cul de sac, in a peaceful, but vibrant fishing village, in unspoilt and beautiful Eastern Algarve. The villa is a 5 minute walk to beaches, cafes and shops. The historic town of Tavira is under 10 minutes drive away with its Roman and Moorish history. The Benamor 18 hole golf course is within a km of the villa and Quinta de Ria a 36 hole course is 5-7 minutes drive and the famous Monte Rie and Castro Marim golf complexes are within 15 minutes. The Costa de Luz in Spain is 15 minutes drive over the river Guadiana and the famous Guadiana bridge. The airport at Faro is 35km (25 min approx), and Seville airport is about 160km (under 2hr). The train station is 1km from the villa and trains run a service every hour to Tavira, Faro, Vilamoura, Albufeira etc.

| Living Rooms: | Large open plan living room with a suite of soft black leather sofas and Jaipur coffee table, Sky television is installed. The open plan dining area has a six chair Jaipur dining table. A double door leads out to front gardens and the swimming pool. |

The towels and linen are made available at the villa and a complete maid service is available once a week or as required. This service can be negotiated to each need and requirement. |

There are gardens to both front and rear with brand new private pool in the front and a BBQ constructed in the rear. The whole house has new high walls constructed around the house. Pool side chairs, beds and table.
Coast/Beach
The beach is 5 minutes walk, with a easy boat ride across the Ria Formosa by a local fishing boat, with beautiful views of Cabanas. There are also many walk on beaches a few minutes drive.
Golf
The Benamor 18 hole golf course is within a km of the villa and Quinta de Ria a 36 hole course is 5-7 minutes drive and the famous Monte Rie and Castro Marim golf complexes are within 15 minutes. The Costa de Luz in Spain where there are more golf courses is 15-20 minutes drive.
Travel
Faro airport is 35km (25 minutes)
Seville airport is 160km (under 2 hours).
Car hire is available at both airports or locally. This can be arranged as well as a pick and drop service to and from the airport.
Distances
Historic town of Tavira as under 10 minutes with Faro 25 mins and Vilamoura 35 and Albufeira 45 minutes respectively. You can drive in to Costa de Luz in Spain in 15 minutes and Seville in under 2 hours.
Further details
There are many bars, cafes and restaurants as well as supermarket within a few minutes walk. The new Esmeralda's (Irish pub) serves good food and you can finish your evening or late night with a drink at Qousimodoes (a speciality now with most visitor's).
