Outside
The villa has a large well maintained south facing landscaped garden. Large terrace with a 10m x 5m heated private pool with cover, 6 sun loungers, side tables and umbrellas, small dining table and 3 chairs. Poolside shower. All bedrooms open on to this terrace.
The upper terrace has a covered BBQ area with sink, table and 6 chairs with an additional table and 4 chairs at the other end of this terrace. Kitchen living and dining room open on to this terrace.
Car port and off road parking.
Coast/Beach
This area of the Western Algarve is well served by unspoilt beaches. Salema is the nearest, a 5minute drive away, a picturesque fishing village with a long sandy beach and a selection of beach front restaurants, ideal for all ages. there are several other beautiful beaches all within a 10 - 20 mins drive. The beaches of the west coast provide a world renowned surfers paradise as well as dramatic stunning scenery
Golf
The challenging Parque da Floresta 18-hole golf course is well renowned and guests can benefit a 40% green fee discount. There is also a superb driving range and Golf Academy with lessons starting from age 4 up! A well stocked golf shop with buggy hire available. The Penina, Palmares. Morgado and Boa Vista couses are all within 15- 25 minute drive away.
Travel
The nearest Airport is Faro, and is only a one hour drive along the new A22 motorway. Car hire is essential.
Distances
Resort spa, gym kids club, golf shop, spike bar and restaurant a 10 minute walk. Tennis club and other on site restaurants 3 min drive. Supermarket in the village of Budens 5 mins drive. Lagos, the nearest town, which has a marina is 15 mins drive. Sagres and Cap St Vincent is 15 mins.
