Yellow tram and even the sightseeing Carristur drives by the house door. Carris Rail Museum is a few meters away from the apartment. Nearby there’s the Lisbon Congress Center and Museu do Oriente. Pedestrians (8 minutes walk) and bicycles can reach the river bank, marina and docks area of Alcantara, with lots of bars, restaurants and nightlife. It is possible to ride or walk along the river to the Tower of Belém, near the Jerónimos Monastery. The owners of the apartment live in the neighbourhood and can provide bicycles. If you intend to go to the beach, you can easily take the train in Alcântara Station (5 minutes walk) and you will be in Estoril and Cascais in minutes! Lots of commerce and conveniences (supermarket, church, hospital, Police Headquarter, bank).

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with 160x200 double bed (this bed can be convertible in two 80x200 single beds), two bedside tables with lamps and full body mirror. Storage in the hall. Bedroom 2 with a single bed and a pull-out single bed. This bedroom has also meals area. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom with bath/shower over, wc, bidet. Little window and natural light. |
| Kitchen: | Kitchen with electric oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and freeze, coffee maker, twister, washing machine, all cooking facilities. |
| Utility Room: | All cleaning facilities and detergents. |
| Living Rooms: | Living room with sofa and armchairs, cable TV with 40 channels, radio/CDs. Broadband internet. |
| Other: | Both bedrooms are in the quiet back area of the house, that connects to a calm backyard, so practically we don't listen to any noise from the street in this areas. Security front door locks and security doorways. Independent storage room with keys. |

Towels and linen included, iron, iron board. Hairdryer. Weekly cleaning and weekly change of bedlinen and towels, if stay exceeds 7 nights. |
Notes on accommodation
Apartment recently fully remodeled, in accordance to most recent rules of safety and comfort, with excellent thermic conditions due to a proper traditional conception with convenient orientation and good solar exposition, very fresh in the summer and warm in winter. We include electric heating in winter.
Basic supplies of, at least, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, napkins, toilet paper, soap, cleaning products and facilities.
For helping you to get the most from your visit to Lisbon we will offer some maps with suggestions for sightseeing, restaurants, cafes, nightlife, public trasports, shopping, beauty and spa services, etc. in Alcântara neigbourhood and other central areas. For your enjoyment at home, we selected music and Fado CDs, and Cable TV with more than 30 channels, including several English, French, and Spanish speaking.

Accessibility
Ground floor apartment with direct and independent front door. No stairs. Not accessible to wheelchair (insufficient interior door dimensions).
Outside
There is a free public parking outside the apartment for cars but in Lisbon you don't need car!
Coast/Beach
15 minutes to sand beaches (Carcavelos, Oeiras) by car, bus or train. 20 minutes to Estoril and Cascais beaches. Crossing the bridge 25 de Abril, in the other side of the coast, there is an extension of lots of kilometres of Costa da Caparica sandy beaches.
Golf
There are two golf courses in Lisbon. One at 9km distance, near airport area, the other in Lumiar, more or less 8km distant. There are also golf courses in Estoril, Cascais and Sintra.

Easy access to everything that Lisbon can offer. The apartment is in the heart of Lisbon. Culture, tradition, panoramic views, riding or walking along the riverbank, sailing, fishing, beaches, surf, nightlife, restaurants, bars, fado music etc.

Bus and yellow tram stop in a few metres.
Lisbon Airport - 9km (lots of taxis to the centre).

5 minutes walk to Lisbon Congress Center. 30 minutes to Estoril or Cascais (by car, bus or train). 30 minutes to Sintra World Heritage Village (by car, bus or train). 8 minutes walk to riverbank. 10 minutes to Belém, Jerónimos Monastery (bus or yellow tram). 15 minutes to Baixa, Bairro Alto, Alfama (bus or yellow tram).

Lots of commerce and conveniences some metres from the apartment (supermarkets, shops, church, hospital, restaurants, banks, pharmacy etc.)
Additionally it is a secure area: in a few meters away from the apartment, there’s the Higher School of Police.
Booking notes
20% in advance by bank transfer or PayPal (this reservation fee is included in total amount). 80% in cash upon arrival.
Damage deposit of 150 euros in cash upon arrival, refunded on departure if the apartment and equipment are in reasonable condition. Check-in time from 2pm - 12am. Check-out time until 1pm (possible to adjust check-in and check-out time). Pets accepted to be discussed. Where to pick up keys: on the apartment. No parties allowed.
