Varandas de Cateria is located in Quarteira, in the new part of the town, just a few metres from the seafront promenade and the beach. The apartments have high quality finishing’s, a garage and store-room, a pool and gardens. Set in a business area with seafront terraces, water sports, banks, pharmacies and a post office. Good access to the new seafront promenade, to the garden and the playground. Vilamoura is less than 2km away with 6 golf courses, a sports centre, tennis courts, Water Park, horse riding, the marina, casino, cinema, bars and 3.5km of beach.

Living Rooms: The living room is furnished with a luxury cream leather sofa bed, coffee table and poofs. There is a HD flat screen TV, DVD and stereo system. The balcony off the living room has a sea view and has a dining table and chairs.
Other: There is a roof terrace with a magnificent sea view across to Vale do Lobo. One can sun bathe or barbeque here.

The promenade stretches the length of the beach in Quarteira and one can walk the beach to Vale do Lobo for lunch. There are traditional Portuguese restaurants along the beach and the promenade and numerous cafés, shops etc.

Golf
There are 8 golf courses in a radius of 5-10km.

Travel
Faro is 15 minutes away and there are buses from Quarteira to all adjoining towns.

Distances
The apartment is in Quarteira. 5 minutes drive to Vilamoura, 10 minutes drive to Vale do Lobo and Loule. Taxis are easily available and reasonable. The water park is only 3 minutes drive from the apartment.

Further details
There is a supermarket across the road, local shops, banks, Internet cafe, hairdressers etc. There is a huge market every Wednesday 5 minutes walk away.
