It is set in a large tropical garden with palm trees, bougainvilleas... The villa is designed in such way that the 5 apartments have their own privacy, all with terrace and garden furniture. The studio cottage is secluded with all the same facilities as the apartments. The beautiful pool is surrounded by a large terrace with a shaded area and of course palm trees! The location is roughly between Loulé and Tavira gives you the opportunity to explore the Algarve very easily.

Notes on accommodation
Towels and bed linen are provided and changed weekly.
Our guests are kindly required to bring their own beach towels with them.
All apartments have: alarm clock, radio, iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Central heating available against payment.
One mid-week cleaning. Welcome pack provided on arrival.
Minimum age 16 years.

Outside
The property is not overlooked. All apartments have their private terrace with garden furniture and own barbecue.
The shared swimming pool is 14m - 7m,with barbecue, very large terrace with sun loungers, parasols and garden furniture.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is about 15 minutes away by car.
Golf
Many of famous golf courses are about 20 minutes away by car. The owner is himself a golf player, who can take care of green fees and tee-times.
Travel
Faro airport is 20 minutes drive away.
Car hire is essential and can be arranged at good prices.
Distances
Faro 20 minutes, São Brás and Estoi 5 minutes away by car.
Booking notes
To confirm your booking we ask a deposit of 50%.The remaining 50% is due to be paid at arrival.
In case of cancellation the 50% deposit is non-refundable. We advise clients to cover their own risk of cancellation in their holiday insurance policy.
