Casa Couledouce is beautifully situated near to Castelo Beach in the sun-drenched Algarve, Southern Portugal, five kilometres west of Albufeira. In this peaceful location you can enjoy the privacy of your own secluded swimming pool (NOT overlooked) and the relaxing ambience of this large characteristic villa. The use of the games court is exclusively for the guests of Casa Couledouce and kids love it. From the terraces there are lovely views of the rugged Algarvian hills, Monchique Mountain and the ocean. There are superb beaches within walking distance. Although you will have everything at your finger tips, the villa remains in a very peaceful location.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Changeover day is Saturday. Casa Couledouce is an 8 berth villa but can accommodate up to 12 people at £50 per extra person per week. Babies under 3 years old using a cot come free. Xmas/New year including tree and decorations, dates flexible. Please enquire.

Towels and linen are provided (excluding beach towels). The housekeeper comes three times a week. Towels and linen are changed weekly. |

The gardens are mature and colourful with a well furnished leisure area including a typical Algarvian barbecue and a games court (Badminton, Basketball, Volleyball, etc.).
The pool and the games court are for the sole use of Couledouce guests.
Coast/Beach
Castelo Beach is 10 minutes walk from the villa. There are many other beautiful beaches linked by pathways over the cliffs, some are small, quaint and secluded while others have restaurants, bars, sunshades, sun loungers and quite a variety of water sports. Nearly all the beaches along this coast proudly display their blue flag.
Golf
Casa Couledouce is centrally located for many golf courses. Salgados Golf course is only 2 miles away.
Travel
Faro is the nearest airport which is about a 35 minute drive. Guests of Casa Couledouce hiring CD cars will be met by their host to help them with paper work and guide them back to the villa. To fully appreciate the beauty of the Algarve, you will need to explore the country side and the way of life away from the touristic areas and a car is recommended. We can arrange this for you. The is also a 'Come and go' bus service into Albufeira, the bus stop is a mere 300m from the villa.
Distances
There is a good selection of restaurants and no shortage of bars within walking distance of the villa,the nearest, a mere 200m. Tennis courts barely 5 min walk. Algarve Shopping Centre is an 8 minute drive with a large hypermarket, shops, 9 cinemas,bowling alley and a food hall. Minimarket about 300m from the villa. Local supermarket about 800m from the villa. Access to internet via the local library (totally free) is 5 min drive.
Further details
Guests hiring CD Cars will be met at Faro airport to help with paper work and guided back to the villa (transport not included) and until your holiday's end, your hosts will be available to help you with all aspects of your holiday and to sort out any problems. They will also be able to assist you with any extras you may need, like car hire, tennis, baby-sitting, watersports and, of course, golf.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before holiday commencement.
