Living Rooms: Attractive woodburning stove, 2 sofas, 3 large armchairs, window seats, large card table and box of games, small TV with video/DVD player. Dining area with very large table and benches around 2 sides with new wooden chairs round other 2 sides.

House cleaned before arrival. All beds with clean bottom sheet, 2 pillows, duvet and bed cover. 1 bath towel each. Visitors asked to bring own beach and dog towels.

Lochside beach 2 minutes from house (good for shells, mussels, watching seals and otters).
Fabulous empty, sandy beaches 15 minutes drive towards Iona with views across to Jura and Islay.
Carsaig beach is 10 mins drive. Lovely cliffs, wild goats and geologists paradise!

Pennghael village has a good pub and shop/post office and hotel. Wildlife Tours run from Pennyghael shop.
Bunessan has a couple of pubs/restaurants and 2 shops/post office.
Iona easily accessible. Trips to Staffa, Fingals Cave and the Treshnish Isles.
Tobermory main town of Mull with bank/shops etc at north end of Mull.

Booking notes
House rented by the week from Saturday to Saturday. 25% deposit required and full payment 6 weeks before holiday starts. Deposit refunded as long as house re-booked. Electricity and damages deposit required.
