Cots available for infants. This property is ideal for children. Please note that the accommodation is the entire lower level of the house with staircase leading to terrace and pool and with separate entrance. The Spanish owners of the property occasionally use the upper accommodation.

Outside
The plot is secured by a main electric gate and the pool is surrounded with wrought iron railings. All the windows of the property have mosquito screens. Sun loungers, garden tables, chairs, parasols, pool toys. Play area for children with swing, slide and many other toys. Traditional paella and barbecue outbuilding. Sun terrace and shaded areas. Pool is 6x5m and is securely fenced. The pool water is filtered and treated.
Coast/Beach
35 minutes by car from blue flag beaches. The more commercial resorts of Javea, Denia, Moraira and Calpe are a 60-90 minute drive away.
Golf
The famous El Saler golf course is 45 minutes away, the El Bosque course is 40 minutes and Seve Ballesteros Oliva PGA Nova golf course is 1 hour away.
Travel
50 minutes by car from Valencia airport. 90 minutes from Alicante airport. Airlines: Easyjet, Ryanair, Clickair, BMI Baby, Vueling. Car hire essential.
Distances
The famous 'Cova Negra' with findings of prehistoric man is within walking distance of the villa. 5 minutes from the historic city of Xativa. Rail service from Xativa to Valencia takes 50 minutes with trains leaving every 30 minutes.
Further details
Xativa has an extensive range of supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs in and around the city.
There is a twice weekly market and doctors, dentists and A&E nearby. Ideal location for cycling holidays, walking, fishing, horse-riding and rock climbing.
