Beautiful new beach villa located on the shores of the Mediterranean, 1 minutes walk from the white sands of the long Arenal Beach. From the spacious balconies and terrace of the property, one has terrific sea and beach views with the mountains in the background forming a gorgeous setting for the perfect holiday. The village of L'Hospitalet de L'Infant, 1000m away, is a sheer delight with its pretty cafes, shops and restaurants, festivals and markets. Close by is Playa Crital which has a 'blue flag' and is a very safe swimming area ideal for young children. For nature lovers, fishing enthusiasts, and walkers the deltas of the river Ebro and environs, about 30 minutes drive away, are an absolute must. The fishing ports of Cambrils and L'Ametlla de Mar with their fantastic fish restaurants are only about 15 minutes drive from Hospitalet. Tarragona, with its beautiful Roman arena and splendid museums is approximately 30 minutes drive away, or just 5 euros return on the local train.

Changeover day
Saturday is the normal change over day but, on request, we can offer flexibility on changeover day.

Linen and towels are supplied inclusive of the price and are available on arrival, and the property is cleaned once a week. The garage locks electronically and the automatic fob is provided on arrival, and has easy access to the upper floor. |
Accessibility
The property has a ground floor entrance and there are no steps on the ground floor between the wc, kitchen and lounge. However, the property is not specially constructed or adapted for wheelchair users.
Outside
The lounge opens out onto a spacious private terrace. From the terrace there is access to the community gardens and swimming pools. There is terrace furniture (stored inside the property) for use on the terrace and on the balconies on the first and second floors. There are two pools, the small one being designed for young children, and the gardens area is safe area for children, as there is no direct access from the street. The use of the communal pools and gardens are for the exclusive use by occupants of the complex.
Coast/Beach
It is just one minutes walk (25m) to the long Arenal Beach located just across the road from the property complex and the European 'blue flag' beach, Playa Crital, at Miami is only about 10 minutes drive from Hospitalet de L'Infant. For a quieter beach location, it is not far to Torn Beach with its natural sand dunes and attractive cliffs and coves.
Golf
There are 2 local gold courses approximately 15 minutes drive from the property. The best one is the Bonmont Golf Course and Country Club, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jnr, and considered to be one of the very best golf courses in Spain. It is an 18 hole par 72 championship course and has terrific views over the Mediterranean Sea with a beautiful mountain backdrop. The club is open to non-residents and its restaurant is very well rated. For less able golfers there is a Pitch and Putt par 3 course called Fingeroles, also with spa and recommended restaurant.
Special interest holidays
For wind surfers, motor jet and water skiers, bird watchers, walkers, cyclists, pony trekkers, rock climbers, sailors, fishermen, and those simply wanting beautiful drives through the mountains and local countryside, Hospitalet is the perfect holiday base. Local wines win international prizes and visits to local vineyards for wine tasting is very popular with visitors and locals alike. For the family, in 30 minutes you can drive to Theme Park-Port Aventura, Costa Caribe Water Park, or Aquopolis and its Dolphin Park.
Travel
Reus (Barcelona) is the nearest airport to the property location at Hospitalet de L'Infant and is approximately 30 minutes drive (40km). Reus is serviced by low-cost airlines. Ryanair is the cheapest and makes all-year-round flights from London (Stansted), London (Luton) and London (Gatwick). EasyJet fly to Barcelona (130km) and Girona (300km). Fly drive deals at Reus are extremely good value and there is no airport charge for overnight parking.

Booking notes
A £250 deposit is required with a completed booking. Final payment is required 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival. There is a returnable breakages deposit of £250 per booking which is payable with the final payment. This will be returned in full upon departure providing no damage has occurred to the property and it is left reasonably clean and tidy.
