Casa Porta is a stunning south facing front line 2/bed marina apartment. Situated right next to Las Fuentes beach. The marina boasts restaurants, bars & an internet cafe. Boat trips & bicycle hire. Alcossebre village with many shops & great restaurants and tapas bars. All beaches are blue flag. This is a very peaceful and unspoilt area protected by a glorious mountain range. With one of the best climates in Spain, winter average temperatures of 15C/59F and summer averaging 25C/77F, this area is simply magnificent. There is a lack of any nearby industry and little or no air traffic. The village is set well away from the nearest main road and enjoys the fact that being off the main North/South route, has no through traffic. Suitable for couples or family with up to 2 children 10 years or under. On site parking. A great holiday in an unspoilt area.

Coast/Beach
Ideally situated next to Las Fuentes Port Maria. From Casa Porta you'll be on the beach in two minutes. Facilities include showers, duckboarding, pedaloe rental, basketball courts and Red Cross watch. Fresh water springs flowing from the sands are a unique geological feature of this pretty coastline.
Carregador and Romana - separated by sand dunes, both beaches run the complete length of Alcossebre.
Golf
Two excellent 18 hole golf courses:
Mediterraneo, near Castellon is approximately 45 minutes away and is the home course of Sergio Garcia.
Panoramica, near Vinaros is approximately 40 minutes away, this course was designed by Bernhard Langer.
Both courses are excellent value for money.
Skiing
There is a small ski resort situated about 2 hours away in the mountains, 5 runs with ski lifts.

Reus Airport 1 hr 15 drive. Valencia Airport 1hr drive.
