Washing machine. The apartment is located in the Gothic Quartier (Old Villa), in a building completely refurbished. Those that have stayed have come back! Please see availability calendar. High speed WiFi internet connection is provided free on demand (you may bring your laptop).

Minimum 3 nights stay. August: weekly rentals preferred, but not mandatory, so e-mail and we will sort it out. Price includes utilities and WiFi. Long lets: the apartment is available for monthly rentals. If interested in long lets (monthly rentals), please e-mail and will negotiate rental price and other conditions.

Changeover day
Check-in from 16:00 onwards, although, if possible, you may leave your luggage in the apartment if arrive earlier. Check-out at 11:00.

Outside
You will be in the city's "km.0" (city center - Plaza Catalunya) with all main transports and most sight seeing venues at a stone's throw.
Coast/Beach
15 minute walk to beaches and old marina.
Travel
The Shuttle Bus to and from the airport has its stop in Plaza de Catalunya (city's central square). Plenty of parking and garages in the area. Subway, bus stops and taxis all conveniently located right by the apartment.
Distances
Plaza Catalunya, the official city center, is 30 seconds form the apartment. You may Google Map the street, by typing 'Estruc, Barcelona, Spain' and you will see that you are in the middle of it all!! To Las Ramblas: 1 minute, to Cathedral, 3 minutes. To Paseo de Gracia, 2 minutes. You will find no other apartment so well located.

Booking notes
To confirm a reservation, 15% required. Balance due on arrival (cash). All rentals have a one time cleaning fee of 40 euros charged and a security deposit of 150 euros, which is refunded when guests leave (provided that nothing has been broken, stolen, or a neighbour has complained for loud guests). PayPal payments accepted for the 15% (you will save bank commissions).
