Modern ground floor apartment the proprietors live above. 30 minutes drive to Barcelona. A car is essential. In a very tranquil setting with use of a private swimming pool and garden areas. There is a choice of either Sitges or Vilanova for beaches, both are only 10 minutes away. There is a very nice restaurant within walking distance. Our house is situated 1.6km into the urbansiation and the roads are not very good, we think adding to the rustic charm, our house is mainly run on solar power. We like to grow our own salad vegtables which we like to share with our guests.
