Cute top floor apartment situated in a typical building of the Raval Ramblas area. 5th floor without elevator, but once you get up is very luminous and have a nice small private terrace to sit outside to have breakfast or romantic dinners. The living room is open to the terrace and has 2 sofas- one is a soaf bed to accommodate 2 more people. The open kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwaves, cafe maker, toaster, and all you need for cooking. The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and a shower. There is also a washing machine. In the apartment there is a portable air conditioning/heating unit that can be used in cold winters and hot summers.
