Located on the third floor with a lift in a new and modern building. There is a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. The large lounge has Freeview UK Satellite TV (which includes BBC, ITV. C4, C5, music and kids channels) and a sunny terrace. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed, fitted wardrobes and the single bed in the second bedroom can be converted into a double by pulling it out and extending it. Finally for the 5th person the double bed in the lounge can be used. There is air-conditioning throughout and free parking in the nearby streets, a space is usually available but some restrictions apply. Beautifully furnished with linen and towels provided.

Towels and linen are included in the price. The only additional charge is a 55.00 GBP clean and meet and greet fee which should be given to the greeter in cash in EUROS upon arrival. |

Coast/Beach
Poble Nou has become known as 'the Chelsea of Barcelona'. With its trendy boutiques and fashionable restaurants. The sandy beach is unspoilt and less crowded than the more central Barceloneta Beach. Wonderful seafood restaurants line the shore here with chill-out terraces to kick back on and soak up the sun. Poble Nou is situated away from the crowds of down-town Barcelona however accessing the city centre is simple by metro and is a mere 10 minute ride.
Booking notes
The apartment costs £90 per night based on 1-2 sharing. For 3-4 persons it costs £100 per night. For 5 persons it costs £110 per night.
70% is due at time of booking by bank transfer or by cheque (UK guests). The remaining 30% is due on arrival in cash in euros. There is a further £55 meet and greet and cleaning fee that is also due on arrival in euros.
200 euros also needs to be given to the meeter and greeter in CASH, this will be returned in full should there be no damages on check out.

Lovely, bright and airy and clean apartment right next to the beach. It was great to be here with the kids and when we wanted to get into the centre of town, the metro was 20 secs from our door and we didn't have to change lines. UK SAT TV was good for the kids too and gave us a little peace in the evenings. Poble Nou is a great place for families as it is less crowded than the centre and has some great tapas places where you can eat outside. The weather was great too. Above all a big thanks to George who meet us with the keys at 2am after a very delayed flight! What a star! And such a warm welcome at that time of the morning.
We will be back next year.
