A spacious 2 bedroom apartment with large private sunny terrace. It consists of the whole of the first floor of a large private villa in its own grounds in the centre of Empuriabrava. The spacious terrace overlooks the beach and has ample space for dining and sunbathing. It is just a few minutes walk from all amenities, situated in one of the best locations in the resort. It is ideal for a family beach holiday, or for a base for exploring the area. Car hire is not necessary and airport transfers can be arranged if required. The apartment has secure private access via stairs leading up at the side of the property. Baby package includes travel cot, high chair and safety gate (£30 per week), air conditioning in bedrooms.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
End of stay cleaning 70 euros. Bed linen/towel hire 10 euros pp. (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, hand towel, bath towel and beach towel). Prices do not include heating or air-conditioning costs. Please enquire about charges. Long term lets do not include electricity costs. Baby package (travel cot, high chair and safety gate) £30 per week.

Changeover day
Saturday changeover in July and August, flexible at other times of the year. The accommodation will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Gerona Airport is just 40 minutes away with cheap flights from most UK destinations. Transfers can be arranged if required.
Perpignon Airport 1 hour, Barcelona 2 hours.
If travelling by car, 750 miles (12 hours) by motorway from Calais.
Distances
Many villages and places of interest within a short drive. To each side of the town there are traffic free walking/cycling routes through protected land.
Further details
On the outskirts of town is the largest skydiving centre in Europe, try a tandem sky dive (no experience necessary), or just go to watch the fun. water park, go-kart track, leisure centre and swimming pool, boat hire (with or without licence), bird sanctuary, tennis, golf at Peralda, pitch and putt etc. all within easy access.
