This brand new Villa has a private swimming pool with a large terrace and extensive balconies with stunning views of the beach and nearby harbour. On the ground floor is a large lounge, dining area and modern kitchen together with a twin bedroom and shower room. Upstairs are 2 further double bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) and a bathroom. Both floors have very large terraces that look out over the Las Fuentas beach and harbour. The villa is immaculately appointed and positioned alongside steps that take you down to the beach and cafes.

Changeover day
Guests are expected to arrive at the villa after 1400 hrs on day of arrival and depart by 1000hrs on day of departure unless specified during the booking process.

Outside
The views can not be over-stated and you can actually hear the waves hitting the beach from the terrace. The swimming pool is a good size (approx 9mx5m) with steps into the shallow end. There is a large garage and an area for car parking.
Coast/Beach
There are a number of beautiful beaches nearby. Las Fuentas beach is but a 5 minute walk away with the others either a short walk along the promenade or a drive of some 5-10 minutes. The beaches offer some great facilities with football pitches, volley ball nets and play areas for free use while a variety of watersports are available in season.
Golf
Two excellent 18 hole golf courses nearby. Club Panoramica near Vinaros and Club De Campo del Mediterraneo, near Castellon are both approx 30 minutes away.
Travel
Nearest major Airport is Valencia approx 1 hour away (BA, Easyjet, Iberia, Ryanair etc.) to the South. To the North Reus airport is also approx 1 hour away (open during the summer season) while Barcelona Airport is approx 2 hours away.
Distances
Las Fuentas and Alcossebre sit in some of the most beautiful unspoilt Spanish coastline. Peniscola (15 min drive), a picturesque old town lies to the North of the town while inland is the medieval hillside town of Morella (1 hr drive). To the South the larger town of Benicasim offers a superb water park and of course Valencia is a 'must' for a day out with some superb sights and tourist attractions (1 hr drive).
Further details
Las Fuentas and Alcossebre is a great family location. It has just the right balance of social activity with some good restaurants, a beach bar, crazy golf and one or two night clubs etc. Alcossebre has a good range of shops, supermarkets and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. There are cash points and banks and English speaking medical support available.
