The chalet is brand new, and has been designed to suit the needs of families or large groups. It is bright, spacious and open-plan. We have tried to provide everything you might need for an enjoyable holiday. All the rooms have been tastefully decorated in contemporary yet homely style. The chalet offers far reaching views of the mountains from floor to ceiling windows, and the living area is double height, providing a greater sense of space. The chalet is on the main bus route to the Siviez ski area, or one can walk to the Nendaz ski lifts (about a 20 minute walk). There is a parking for up to 2 cars.

| Kitchen: | The kitchen is modern and very functional with stainless steel cooker and hob, large built-in fridge and freezer, microwave and kettle. There a granite worktops throughout, and a granite breakfast bar. |
| Utility Room: | We have a small utility room with a washer/dryer. |
| Living Rooms: | The large living area boasts a cozy log fire, flat screen TV, DVD player and large solid wood dining table with 8 chairs. There are 2 leather sofas (one of which is a sofa bed). In addition, there are 2 bar stools adjacent to the breakfast bar. |

All bedlinen and towels are provided, and the chalet is cleaned before and after your stay. |

Skiing
Nendaz is in the heart of the Valais Alps in Switzerland. Its territory extends from the plain of the river Rhone right up to snowy peaks at 3’300m (10'000 ft). The resort, on a plateau at 1’350 m (4’400 ft), offers a panoramic view of the Bernese and Vaud Alps. Nendaz occupies a privileged position at the heart of the 4 Valleys ski area with its 400 km of ski runs and 100 lifts, all available with a single ski pass, and numerous facilities specially for snowboarders. For beginners, Nendaz offers a couple of gentle areas well out of harms way, and for experts, the place is a veritable paradise. For those in between, get a lift map and choose carefully. There is plenty of good middle ground, but this is a big area. The ski pass system is full of variety, allowing skiers to tailor make a pass to best suit their ability. 103 km of black (difficult) ski runs and high touring; 168 km of red (medium) runs; 129 km of blue (easy) runs.
